| | IS. IF THE STRUCTURE IS TO REMAIN ON THE SITE, IT SHALL |
| | BE CLEARLY INCLUDED ON THE REVISED SITE PLAN. ALL |
| | SETBACK DIMENSIONS AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE STRUCTURE |
