 (4) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG/.PDF
 FORMAT OF ALL REVISED PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES
 ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU PREVIOUS COMMENTS WERE NOT
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED; THEREFORE, THE NEXT RESUBMITTAL
 WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE IS 20% OF
 THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($200).
  
 1) THE PPRC RESPONSE MENTIONS THAT THE CONSTRUCTION
 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN WAS CORRECTED BASED ON THE PPRC
 COMMENTS. PLEASE PROVIDE ONE HARD COPY OF THE REVISED
 PLAN AS WELL AS THE PLAN ELECTRONICALLY IN .PDF FORMAT.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A REVISED SITE PLAN WHICH CLEARLY
 SHOWS THE FOLLOWING OUTSTANDING COMMENTS FROM THE
 AUGUST 10, 2011 PPRC MEETING ADDRESSED.
  
 A. PPRC COMMENT #1(SITE CERTIFICATION CONDITION L) -
 THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE HEDGE AND
 CALL OUT THE PLANT MATERIAL, THE HEIGHT AT INSTALLATION
 AND THE PLANT SPACING. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 CITY'S LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS SHALL BE FOLLOWED (SEE
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS).
  
 B. PPRC COMMENT #2 - THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE
 HEIGHT OF THE PERIMETER FENCE AT 6 FEET HIGH.
  
 C. PPRC COMMENT #3 - THE FENCE SHOWN ON THE WESTERN
 SIDE OF THE PROPERTY ON THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH
 THE LOCATION OF THE FENCE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. IF THE
 FENCE IS TO REMAIN AT ITS EXISTING LOCATION THEN THE
 SITE PLAN SHALL ACCURATELY SHOW THE FENCE LOCATION, IF
 THE FENCE IS TO BE INSTALLED AS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN,
 THEN THE FENCE ON THE SITE PLAN SHALL CLEARLY BE
 LABELED AS A NEW FENCE.
  
 D. PPRC COMMENT #8 - THE SITE PLAN SHALL STATE THAT THE
 PARKING AREA WILL BE A PAVED OR CONCRETE SURFACE.
  
 E. PPRC COMMENT #9 - THE ENTRY DRIVE AND THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE PARKING AREA SHALL BE CURBED OR HAVE OTHER
 BARRIER ON THE GROUND TO PREVENT VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT
 INTO THE LANDSCAPED AREAS WITH THE PROTECTED TREES
 [SECTION 94-485(G) ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS].
  
 F. PPRC COMMENT #10 - THE SITE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE
 PARKING DETAILS MEETING CITY STANDARDS (DOUBLE STRIPED,
 WHITE FOR NON-ADA SPACES) [SECTION 94-485(G) ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS].
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH PPRC
 COMMENT #1 (SITE CERTIFICATION CONDITION R) A CONDITION
 WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THE APPROVAL LETTER THAT THE 4
 TREES, TOTALING APPROXIMATELY 15 DBH, SHALL BE INCLUDED
 (AND CLEARLY IDENTIFIED ON) AS PART OF THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN FOR THE MANATEE VIEWING CENTER.
  
 4) IN ORDER TO FULLY COMPLY WITH PPRC COMMENT #2 A
 CONDITION WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THE APPROVAL LETTER
 REQUIRING A PERMIT FOR ALL OF THE FENCING AND GATES
 ON-SITE.
  
 5) IT HAS COME TO THE STAFF'S ATTENTION THAT A HISTORIC
 STRUCTURE HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE SITE. IT IS UNCLEAR AT
 THIS POINT WHAT THE FINAL DISPOSITION OF THIS STRUCTURE
 IS. IF THE STRUCTURE IS TO REMAIN ON THE SITE, IT SHALL
 BE CLEARLY INCLUDED ON THE REVISED SITE PLAN. ALL
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE STRUCTURE
 SHALL BE INCLUDED.
