 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC
 MEETING (10/10/2011), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($200).
  
 1) NO LANDSCAPE PLAN WAS SUBMITTED TO DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION L AND R AND
 TO SHOW WHAT WILL BE CONTAINED IN THE "VEGETATED
 BUFFER" SHOWN ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
  
 2) CONDITION OF CERTIFICATION M REQUIRES A SIX (6) FOOT
 HIGH PERIMETER FENCE FOR THE SITE. THE PLANS DO NOT
 INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF THE "EXISTING" FENCE. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE CITY RECORDS DO NOT INDICATE THAT A
 PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR THE FENCE INSTALLATION. FPL WILL
 NEED TO RECTIFY THE LACK OF A FENCE PERMIT.
  
 3) THE SURVEY SHOWS THE EXISTING FENCE ALONG THE
 PROPERTY LINE, YET THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE MAJORITY OF
 THE FENCE WEST OF THE PROPERTY LINE WITHIN THE NORTH
 FLAGLER DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY. IF THE SITE PLAN IS
 INCORRECT IT SHALL BE DRAWN ACCURATELY. IF THE FENCE IS
 IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, IT SHALL BE REMOVED AND INSTALLED
 ON FPL PROPERTY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS OF
 CERTIFICATION.
  
 4) THE SITE PLAN SEEMS TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE
 STORMWATER PIPE WHICH TRAVERSES THE SITE AS A DASHED
 DOUBLE LINE. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THEN THE PIPE SHALL
 BE DESIGNATED AS SUCH ON THE PLANS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 CONDITION OF CERTIFICATION V, PLEASE PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT AS TO WHAT MAY BE CONSTRUCTED OVER THE PIPE.
 ADDITIONALLY, VERIFY THAT THE WEIGHT OF THE TRAILERS
 BEING MOVED TO THE PROPOSED LOCATION WILL NOT
 NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE PIPE.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER FROM BELL SOUTH TO ALLOW THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE TRAILERS AND THE ROAD PAVEMENT WITHIN
 THEIR EASEMENT.
  
 6) THE QUIT CLAIM DEED PROVIDED WITH THE APPLICATION
 LISTS A NUMBER OF RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS NOT SHOWN
 ON THE SURVEY (THEY ARE LISTED IN THE TABLE). PLEASE
 PROVIDE COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS AND STATE HOW THE
 LOCATION OF THE TRAILERS AND THE PAVING DOES NOT
 INTERFERE WITH THE EASEMENTS. IF THE TRAILERS OR
 PAVEMENT ENCROACH THE EASEMENTS, PROVIDE LETTERS OF NO
 OBJECTION FROM THE EASEMENT HOLDERS.
  
 7) THE LIGHTING PLAN INDICATES THAT THERE WILL BE NO
 REAR OR DIRECT SIDE LIGHT EMISSION FROM THE TEMPORARY
 LIGHTS. PLEASE EITHER VERIFY THAT THIS IS THE CASE OR
 VERIFY THAT THE LIGHT LEVELS AT THE SOUTH AND WEST
 PROPERTY LINES WILL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOT CANDLES AS
 REQUIRED BY CONDITION OF CERTIFICATION C.
  
 8) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE PARKING LOT/ENTRY DRIVE
 SURFACE AND CONSTRUCTION AND THE SURFACE MATERIAL
 AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS.
  
 9) HOW WILL THE VEGETATED BUFFER AREAS AND ANY OTHER
 LANDSCAPE ON SITE BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR
 ENCROACHMENT?
  
 10) PROVIDE PARKING STALL DETAILS. THE PARKING SPACES
 SCALE AT APPROXIMATELY 16 FEET DEEP, WHICH DOES NOT
 MEET CODE REQUIRED MINIMUMS. THE ADA SPACES MEASURE AT
 APPROXIMATELY 9 FEET WIDE, WHICH DO NOT MEET CODE
 REQUIRED MINIMUMS.
  
 11) THE PARKING COUNT FOR THE SOUTHERNMOST PARKING ROW
 IS 21 NOT 22 AS STATED. NOTE: PROVIDE ACCURATE PARKING
 COUNTS ONCE THE ADA SPACE WIDTH IS CORRECTED.
  
 12) PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE ADA ROUTE FROM THE ADA
 PARKING SPACES TO THE TRAILER RAMPS.
  
 13) PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT THAT THE PEDESTRIAN ROUTE FROM NORTH FLAGLER
 DRIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS MAY SHARE THE ENTRY
 DRIVEWAY.
  
 14) PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL
 CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION J (SIGN AT BROADWAY AND
 59TH), N (CONSTRUCTION SECURITY PLAN), P (POSTING "NO
 TRESPASSING" SIGNS), U (CORRECT DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR
 STORMWATER PIPE), Z (WATER AND SEWER FROM WEST PALM
 BEACH), HH (SUBMITTAL OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS) AND JJ
 (INSPECTIONS) WHICH RELATE TO THE CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
 AREA.
  
 15) PLEASE PROVIDE A STATUS UPDATE OF THE COUNTY'S USE
 OF THE SITE AS PART OF THE ARTIFICIAL REEF PROGRAM.
