 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. AN APPROVED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE ON
 THE CURRENT LETTER DOES NOT MATCH THAT WHICH IS SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS. (THIS MAY BE ADDRESSED AS A CONDITION OF
 THE APPROVAL)
  
 3. UNITY OF TITLE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE TWO (2)
 PARCELS. (THIS MAY BE ADDRESSED AS A CONDITION OF THE
 APPROVAL)
  
 4. UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM AT&T,
 COMCAST, AND FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES. THE CITY WAS NOT
 PROVIDED A COPY OF THE RESPONSE LETTERS FROM THESE
 UTILITY COMPANIES; ONLY THE LETTERS FROM THE APPLICANT
 WERE PROVIDED.
  
 9. A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED AND
 ILLUMINATION LEVELS SHALL NOT EXCEED 1.0 FOOTCANDLES
 WHEN MEASURE AT THE BOUNDARY OF THE DEVELOPMENT. (THIS
 MAY BE ADDRESSED AS A CONDITION OF THE APPROVAL)
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF EACH STRUCTURE
 AS MEASURED FROM GRADE, NOT THE SHOWROOM SLAB. THIS
 INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED ON THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
 SUBMITTED.
  
 11. ELEVATIONS WERE NOT PROVIDED FOR BUILDING 1. THIS
 INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED IN THE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 15. BASED UPON AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE INDICATED, 112
 SHADE TREES ARE REQUIRED, BUT ONLY 70 HAVE BEEN
 PROVIDED. THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATION ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS DOES NOT MATCH THAT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLANS. THE
 DIFFERENCE WILL NOT ALTER THE TREE COUNT, BUT WILL NEED
 TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO CITY COMMISSION.
  
 16. BASED UPON THE AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE INDICATED, 28
 FLOWERING TREES ARE REQUIRED, BUT ONLY 20 ARE PROVIDED.
 THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATION ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DOES
 NOT MATCH THAT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLANS. THE DIFFERENCE
 WILL NOT ALTER THE TREE COUNT, BUT WILL NEED TO BE
 ADDRESSED PRIOR TO CITY COMMISSION.
  
 27. HAVE ANY DETAILS BEEN PREPARED REGARDING THE
 PROPOSED FREESTANDING SIGNS? ALL SIGNAGE WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GENERAL
 COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONING DISTRICT. (THIS MAY BE ADDRESSED
 AS A CONDITION OF THE APPROVAL)
  
 34. A PARKING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR REGULAR AND
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING STALLS. PLEASE UPDATE TO THAT WHICH
 IS PROVIDED BY STAFF. THIS WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
 PRIOR TO CITY COMMISSION.
  
 36. BICYCLE PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED AT A RATIO OF ONE
 (1) SPACE PER 20 PARKING SPACES. A DETAIL OF THE BIKE
 RACK SHALL BE PROVIDED. PLEASE UPDATE THE DETAIL TO A
 STYLE THAT CORRESPONDS WITH THAT WHICH IS PROVIDED BY
 STAFF. THIS WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO CITY
 COMMISSION.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE.
 SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
