 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. UPDATED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION.
  
 2. UPDATED UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 B. FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT
  
 3. ALL PLANS SHALL BE REVISED TO LESS OUT PARCEL 4 AS
 IT HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO THE CITY FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PURPOSES. AS PART OF THE MAJOR AMENDMENT, THE
 BOUNDARIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE REVISED TO
 EXCLUDE THIS PROPERTY.
  
 4. PLEASE CLARIFY THE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED IN THE DATA
 TABLE.
  
 5. BUILDING COVERAGE + OPEN SPACE SHOULD EQUAL THE
 TOTAL UPLAND AREA. OPEN SPACE IS ANYTHING THAT IS NOT
 COVERED BY A BUILDING.
  
 6. IMPERVIOUS SURFACE + LANDSCAPE AREA SHOULD EQUAL THE
 TOTAL UPLAND AREA.
  
 7. AS THIS PLAN WILL BE ADOPTED INTO THE CMPD
 REGULATIONS, MORE DETAIL SHOULD BE PROVIDED ON THE
 PLANS SO THAT IT IS CLEAR IN THE FUTURE AS TO WHAT IS
 REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED ON THE PROPERTY. FOR EXAMPLE,
 LABEL AND PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE HEIGHTS OF WALLS,
 FENCES AND GATES; LOCATIONS OF TRANSFORMERS; SQUARE
 FOOTAGES OF BUILDINGS, ETC.
  
 8. CAN ALL OF THE PREVIOUS LANDSCAPE PLANS (I.E. MTC
 BUILDING, ETC.) BE COMBINED INTO ONE MASTER LANDSCAPE
 PLAN FOR THE INTERIM MARINA PLAN. IDEALLY, I WOULD LIKE
 TO HAVE ONE MASTER SITE PLAN, AND ONE MASTER LANDSCAPE
 PLAN, FOR THE ENTIRE SITE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NOTES,
 LABELS, DETAILS, COUNTS, ETC.
  
 9. PLANS INDICATE THAT TEN (10) HANDICAP SPACES HAVE
 BEEN PROVIDED, BUT ONLY NINE (9) ARE SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS. PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 10. IS THERE MUCH DEMAND FOR BICYCLE PARKING? SECTION
 94-485(Q)(1) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT ONE (1) BICYCLE PARKING SPACE
 BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 20 AUTOMOBILE SPACES. IT IS
 STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT WITH THE ADDITIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION BICYCLE PARKING BE PROVIDED FOR USE BY
 EMPLOYEES, CREW MEMBERS, ETC. PLEASE IDENTIFY LOCATIONS
 WHERE BICYCLE PARKING WILL BE PROVIDED AND PROVIDE A
 DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED BIKE RACK.
  
 11. THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT REFERENCED THE
 FLEXIBILITY TO ADD ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
 STATIONS IN THE POD STORAGE AREA. THE PARKING
 CALCULATION SHOULD FACTOR IN THIS ?WORST CASE SCENARIO?
 SUCH THAT IT IS ENSURED NO ADDITIONAL PARKING WILL NEED
 TO BE PROVIDED AT A LATER DATE.
  
 12. OVERALL BUILDING HEIGHTS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE
 ELEVATIONS. BUILDING HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM
 GRADE TO THE MEAN POINT OF A PITCHED ROOF, OR TO THE
 ROOF DECK OF A FLAT ROOF.
  
 13. EITHER SHOW THE ENTIRE DOCK CONFIGURATION, OR
 PROVIDE A NOTE TO REFER PEOPLE TO THE DOCK
 CONFIGURATION ADOPTED BY THE MASTER PLAN (DELINEATE
 BOUNDARY OF INTERIM MASTER PLAN VS. MASTER PLAN).

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
