 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E) (1), AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES. VERY LITTLE FOUNDATION PLANTING HAS
 BEEN PROPOSED AROUND THE FITNESS CENTER. ADDITIONAL
 UNDERPLANTING COULD BE ADDED ALONG AT LEAST THREE SIDES
 OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE.
  
 2. STAFF SUGGESTS THAT THE PROPOSED HEDGES AND
 UNDERPLANTING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STORAGE BUILDING
 BE MOVED TO THE NORTH AND BE INSTALLED ALONG THE
 FOUNDATION OF THE BUILDING. THE TREES COULD BE
 STAGGERED WITHIN THE GREEN AREA. THIS WILL ALLOW A
 BETTER VISTA FROM THE PARKING LOT.
  
 3. STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT A LANDSCAPE STRIP BE ADDED
 ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PODS.TO FURTHER BUFFER
 THESE STRUCTURES FROM THE ENTRANCE INTO THIS FACILITY
 AND THE OTHER AMENITY BUILDINGS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR
 INCINERATORS, GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES, FUEL OIL OR
 PROPANE TANKS, AND STORAGE RACKS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED
 UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED. PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THESE ITEMS ON SITE AND SHOW HOW THEY WILL BE
 SCREENED.
  
 5. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 RELOCATE AND REMOVE TREES ON SITE.
  
 6. THERE APPEARS TO BE SOME CONFLICTS BETWEEN PROPOSED
 TREES AND VARIOUS UTILITIES. ALL STREET LIGHTS,
 UTILITIES, EASEMENTS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY IMPACT
 THE LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
