 1. PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION,
 RENOVATION, AND DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES.
  
 2. CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, AND DEMOLITION TO COMPLY
 WITH NFPA 241.
  
 3. SUITABLE ACCESS ROADS ARE TO BE MAINTAINED FOR FIRE
 AND PARAMEDICAL ACCESS.
  
 4. EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT ON SHEET C-3 APPEARS TO BE
 DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF EXIT STAIRS.
  
 5. PLEASE EXPLAIN TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR MARINE PODS.
  
 6. PLEASE INDICATE WHAT WILL BE STORED IN THE MARINE
 PODS.
  
 7. ARE THESE MARINE PODS TEMPORARY (90 DAYS OR LESS) OR
 ARE THEY GOING TO BE PERMANENT.
  
 8. PROPER FIRE SEPARATIONS ARE REQUIRED BETWEEN THE
 STORAGE AND BUSINESS USES FOR THE STORAGE /
 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
  
 9. COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL,
 PLUMBING, FIRE SPRINKLER AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS WILL
 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 10. ANY EXIT STAIRS THAT ARE PLANNED TARE O COMPLY WITH
 THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE CHAPTER 7, OF THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
  
 11. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE ALL EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT TO
 INCLUDE ILLUMINATED EXIT SIGNS, EMERGENCY LIGHTS,
 PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, AND EMERGENCY EXIT DOORS.
  
 12. ALL DOORS WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 100 OR MORE
 PERSONS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH PANIC HARDWARE AND IF
 THEY ARE FIRE RATED DOORS THEY ARE TO BE EQUIPPED WITH
 FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.
  
 13. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR HOOD DUCT
 AND FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS PLANNED FOR THE CAFETERIA
 BUILDING.
  
 14. PLEASE PROVIDE LIFE SAFETY PLANS FOR ALL PROPOSED
 BUILDINGS.
  
 15. TACTILE SIGNAGE REQUIRED AT ALL EXIT DOOR
 LOCATIONS.
  
 16. BUILDINGS ARE TO BE IDENTIFIED. ALL BUILDINGS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH ADDRESSES. ADDRESSES SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 6" HIGH AND AT LEAST 1" WIDE.
  
 17. PLEASE INDICATE OCCUPANT LOADS FOR EACH BUILDING
 AND DECLARE THEIR USES.
  
 18. ARE ANY FIRE LANES PLANNED. SOME OF THE NEW
 BUILDINGS WILL MOST LIKELY NEED FIRE LANES.
  
 19. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE ANY TEMPORARY STAGING AND
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER LOCATIONS.
  
 20. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY CONSTRUCTION PHASING PLANS IF IT
