 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. ONE (1) SET OF REDUCED PLANS/SURVEYS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 2. ELECTRONIC COPIES OF ALL REVISED PLANS/SURVEYS SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. SHIFT TWO (2) EAST PALATKA HOLLYS (SOUTH OF HC
 SPACE) FURTHER SOUTH TO ADD ONE (1) ADDITIONAL TREE
 IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE HC SPACE.
  
 4. UPDATED UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THE
 FOLLOWING:
 A. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 B. FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES
 C. FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT
  
 5. UPDATED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION.
  
 6. APPLICANT WILL NEED TO MEET WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF
 THE ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD, AS WELL AS THE
 DISTRICT COMMISSIONER, PRIOR TO ANY PUBLIC HEARING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER FROM MR. WESTON INDICATING WHO
 HE MET WITH, WHEN, ETC.
  
 7. AN UPDATED LETTER SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THE CITY?S
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT ACCEPTING THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN
 FOR USE OF A ROLL-OUT DUMPSTER WITHIN THE BUILDING. A
 DROP-CURB WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO ALLOW THE
 DUMPSTER TO BE MOVED FROM THE STORAGE ROOM.
  
 8. WRITTEN CONFIRMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THE
 CITY?S FIRE MARSHALL, OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE,
 INDICATING THAT THEY ARE ACCEPTING OF THE PROPOSED SITE
 PLAN WITH REGARD TO CLEAR ACCESS, ETC.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
