 1. SCHOOL CONCURRENCY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW RESIDENTIAL UNITS.
 2. A VARIANCE FROM THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS (ZBA)
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED FRONT SETBACK.
 3. PLEASE SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN WHICH INCLUDES
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE FOR THE ENTIRE PARKING AREA.
 4. PARKING STALLS AND DRIVE AISLES MUST BE DIMENSIONED
 ON THE SITE PLAN.
 5. THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHOULD BE SETBACK TO ENSURE
 THAT THE GATE DOES NOT SWING INTO THE DRIVE AISLE.
 6. THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 SHOULD BE RELOCATED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CLEARANCE FOR
 THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
 DRIVE AISLE AND THE NEW ROADWAY.
 7. THE PARKING LOT MUST BE RECONFIGURED TO ELIMINATE
 THE ENCROACHMENT OF THE LIGHT POLES INTO THE PARKING
 STALLS.
 8. THE PARKING STALL DETAIL IS INCORRECTLY DIMENSIONED.
 THE WIDTH OF THE STRIPE IS 1'4" NOT 2' 8". PLEASE
 CORRECT THE DETAIL TO SHOW THE PROPER DIMENSION.
 9. THE DISABLED PARKING SYMBOL MUST BE DETAILED WITH
 BLUE FIGURES. ADA PARKING STALL MUST BE STRIPED WITH
 BLUE PAINT.
 10. THE UNITS MUST HAVE SIDEWALKS LEADING FROM TAMARIND
 AVENUE.
 11. ALL PROPOSED SIDEWALKS AND WALKWAYS MUST BE
 DIMENSIONED.
