 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED. PLEASE SHOW SOD IN RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C), VEHICULAR USE AREAS
 FOR MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL USES SHALL PROVIDE AN
 ADDITIONAL DECORATIVE WALL WHEN SUCH USES ARE ADJACENT
 TO A RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT. VEHICULAR USE AREAS
 SHALL BE SCREENED FROM RESIDENTIAL USES AND DISTRICTS
 BY A 36-INCH HIGH BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD OR METAL
 WALL AROUND THE PERIPHERY. THE SCREEN DOES NOT INCLUDE
 METAL OR WOOD SLATS IN CHAINLINK FENCES. VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THOROUGHFARES AND
 RESIDENTIAL USES AND DISTRICTS BY A LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF
 AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH. HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED
 WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SUBSECTION 94-445 (4) (E). SHADE TREES
 MUST BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS. THIS RELATES TO
 THE PARKING ALONG THE EAST PORTION OF THE SITE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A) EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN
 THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (4), FOR OTHER PAVED
 AREAS UTILIZED BY MOTOR VEHICLES, INCLUDING AISLES,
 LOADING AREAS CIRCULATION AREAS AND DRIVE-IN SERVICE
 AREAS, ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS
 FOLLOWS: FOUR SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREA SHALL BE
 REQUIRED FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET, OR FRACTION THEREOF.
 PLEASE INDICATE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIRED AND SHOW
 WHERE IT IS BEING PROVIDED.
  
 6. PLEASE USE THE CITY APPROVED STRIPING DETAIL. A COPY
 CAN BE OBTAINED AT THE FRONT DESK OF THE PLANNING &
 ZONING OFFICE. THE PARKING STALLS ARE SHOWN AT 18 FEET
 IN LENGTH WITH CURBING USED INSTEAD OF CAR STOPS. THERE
 IS A TWO FOOT ENCROACHMENT INTO THE LANDSCAPE AREA BY
 USING THIS METHOD. THE CURB CAN BE PULLED BACK TWO FEET
 WITH THE TWO FOOT OVERHANG OVER THE PAVEMENT OR YOU CAN
 ELIMINATE THE CURB AND INSTALL A CAR STOP SET TWO FEET
 IN FROM THE END OF THE STALL. THE PARKING STALL ONLY
 NEEDS TO BE 18 FEET IN TOTAL OVERALL LENGTH. ANOTHER
 SUGGESTION IS TO SET THE CURB TWO FEET BACK AND ALLOW
 THE OVERHANG TO BE SODDED OR MULCHED. THIS WILL ALLOW
 MORE GREEN SPACE. THE LIGHT POLES CANNOT BE IN THE
 VEHICULAR OVERHANG AREA.
  
 7. THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IS
 IN A VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. IN ADDITION, THE GATE WILL
 SWING INTO THE TRAVEL LANE.IN ITS OPEN POSITION. THE
 ENCLOSURE NEEDS TO BE SET BACK TO AVOID THESE PROBLEMS.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (D) (2) (A), SHADE TREES
 TO BE PLANTED AND LANDSCAPED ON THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 STRUCTURES AS REQUIRED BY THE FOLLOWING: AT LEAST TWO
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES FOR EACH DWELLING UNIT FOR
 MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES WITH TWO TO FIVE
 UNITS PER STRUCTURE, AND AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE FOR EACH DWELLING UNIT FOR MULTIFAMILY
 RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES WITH SIX OR MORE UNITS PER
 STRUCTURE.
  
 9. THE STREET TREES ALONG NORTH TAMARIND ARE DIRECTLY
 UNDER POWER LINES. THEY WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED AND
 REPLACED WITH TREES ON THE FPL APPROVED LIST. YOU ARE
 REQUIRED TO ABIDE BY THE GUIDELINES SET IN THE
 PUBLICATION "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE IN THE RIGHT PLACE".
 THIS PUBLICATION INDICATES WHAT TREES CAN BE PLANTED
 NEAR OR UNDER POWER LINES.
  
 10. THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE FULLY DIMENSIONED.
  
 11. ALL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND OTHER MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLAN AND THE MANNER IN
 WHICH THESE ITEMS WILL BE SCREENED SHALL BE IDENTIFIED.
  
 12. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES
 (UNDERGROUND AND OVERHEAD), EASEMENTS AND ANYTHING ELSE
 THAT MAY IMPACT THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING. THIS WILL
 AVOID FUTURE CONFLICTS.
  
 13. PLEASE APPLY FOR A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IF ANY
 TREES WILL BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED. THE APPLICATION IS
 AVAILABLE AT THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT LOBBY.
