 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. TWO TERMINAL TREES ARE MISSING
 (ONE AT WEST END AND ONE AT EAST END) IN THE PARKING
 LTO CLOSEST TO OLIVE AVENUE.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION
 THEREOF. WHEN USING GROUPINGS OF PALMS TO MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT SUCH AS THOSE PALMS PROPOSED ADJACENT TO
 TUXEDO LANE, THE SPACING IS MEASURED FROM THE MIDDLE
 PALM IN ONE GROUP TO THE MIDDLE PALM OF THE NEXT GROUP.
 THE SPACING BETWEEN THE PALM GROUPINGS EXCEEDS 30 FEET.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ADJACENT TO TUXEDO LANE
 MENTIONED ABOVE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE WIDE ENOUGH TO
 ALLOW FOR A TWO FOOT VEHICULAR OVERHANG AND THE
 PROPOSED PALMS AND HEDGE. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL
 DIMENSIONS. IN ADDITION, THERE WAS A PREVIOUS
 DISCUSSION CONCERNING THE USE OF TREE GRATES IN THE
 SIDEWALK TO ALLOW MORE SPACE FOR THE ROOT BALLS OF THE
 PROPOSED PALMS. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE GRATES.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. PLEASE SHOW
 SOD IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO FLAGLER DRIVE.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION
 THEREOF. THE SPACING OF TREES ALONG FLAGLER DRIVE DOES
 NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT THE LANDSCAPING ALONG THE 25
 FOOT LANDSCAPE STRIP IS QUITE WEAK AND SHOULD BE
 UPGRADED. A DETAIL ON THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER DETAIL SHEET
 SHOWS WHAT THIS BIO-SWALE AND LANDSCAPING SHOULD LOOK
 LIKE BUT IS NOT REFLECTED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. .
  
 6. ALL UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, SITE LIGHTING, AND
 ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY IMPACT THE LANDSCAPING SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS IN THE
 FIELD.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ELEMENTS ENUMERATED IN
 THIS SECTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS,
 GENERATORS AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THESE ITEMS AND THE MANNER IN
 WHICH THEY WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 8. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE DRAWN TO A LARGER SCALE
 SUCH AS 1"=20'-0" OR 1"=10' - 0" WITH SMALLER AND MORE
 DETAILED AREAS DRAWN TO AN EVEN LARGER SCALE SUCH AS
 1"= 4'-0".
  
 9. THE SITE DETAIL SHEET AND THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 DETAIL SHEET SHALL BE PART OF THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT SHOWS
 THE FINAL LANDSCAPE AFTER ALL THE PHASES HAVE BEEN
 COMPLETED. THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS AND XERISCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS SHALL REFLECT THE FINAL AND COMPLETE PLAN.
 THIS PLAN SHALL BE IN ADDITION OT THE PHASED PLANS.
  
 11. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS. OPEN
 SPACE IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TOTAL LOT AREA AND
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE STRUCTURES. THE PLAY AREAS
 ARE NOT EXCLUDED WHEN FIGURING OPEN SPACE.
