 PARKING STALLS MUST BE DOUBLED STRIPED AND DIMENSIONED
 PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-485, FIG. XV-2 OF THE
 ZONING CODE.
  
 THE DIMENSIONS OF ALL DRIVE AISLES MUST BE SHOWN.
  
 THE ADA ROUTE BETWEEN THE PARKING AND THE BUILDING MUST
 BE SHOWN.
  
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE CODE.
  
 ALL BUILDING SETBACKS MUST BE SHOWN ON THE UPDATED
 SURVEY. A WAIVER WILL BE REQUIRED IF THE REAR SETBACK
 IS LESS THAN 50 FEET.
  
 THE LOCATION FOR ALL RECEPTACLES FOR THE STORAGE OF
 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS MUST SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND MUST
 BE LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING SETBACKS. IF THE STORAGE
 RECEPTACLES ARE GREATER THAN 200 GALLONS, THEY MUST BE
 LOCATED UNDERGROUND.
  
 IF THE BUILDING HAS BEEN VACANT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR,
 THE PROPERTY OWNER MUST REMOVE OR TREAT ALL FLAMMABLE
 STORAGE TANKS ON SITE. A BOND SUFFICIENT TO COVER THE
 REMOVAL COST MUST BE POSTED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 ALL PITS AND HYDRAULIC HOISTS MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN
 THE BUILDING.
  
 ALL SERVICES - LUBRICATION, WASHING, REPAIR MUST BE
 CONDUCTED WITHIN THE BUILDING.
  
 INGRESS AND EGRESS MUST BE PROVIDED FROM S. DIXIE.
 TRAFFIC FROM THE BUSINESS CANNOT TRAVEL THROUGH THE
