| | 12. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (A) (2) AT LEAST ONE |
| | SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED |
| | BUFFER FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION THEREOF |
| | WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE STRIP THAT BUFFERS A |

| | AUSTRALIAN PINE THAT IS GROWING ALONG THE EAST |
| | PERIMETER OF THE SITE. |

| | 14. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (K), FICUS SPECIES |
| | PLANTED WITHIN 15 FEET OF ANY STRUCTURE OR UTILITY |
