 INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW CASE NO. 10-03

 FPL GENERAL OFFICES COMMAND CENTER
  
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVING THE ISPR:
  
 - A TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY;
 AND
 - PUBLIC UTILITY LETTER (FPL, BELLSOUTH, COMCAST AND
 FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES); AND
 - PROVIDE THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT WITH A RECORDED COPY
 OF THE UNITY OF TITLE.
  
 THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE REVISED AND RESUBMITTED
 ADDRESSING THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. ALL
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES MUST COMPLY WITH SECTION 94-444 (B)
 AND FIGURE XIV-3 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
 2. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE SCREENING FOR THE GENERATOR.
 3. PROVIDE A PARKING STALL DETAIL. ALL PARKING STALL
 MUST COMPLY FIGURE XV-2 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 4. REVISED PLANS TO PROVIDE ONE (1) BICYCLE PARKING
 SPACE.
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS
  
 1. IS THERE ANY PROPOSED SIGNAGE?
 2. THE TWO (2) LIVE OAK TREES LOCATED IN THE WEST
 LANDSCAPE PARKING ISLANDS MAY CONFLICT WITH THE
 PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE LIGHT POLES.
 3. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN A WRITTEN
 FORMAT. PLEASE NOTE, IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE PPRC MEETING,
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE RE-SUBMITTAL OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
