 ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT BY 10
 AM ON DECEMBER 15, 2010, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE
 DECEMBER 2, 2010 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS
 (JANUARY 10, 2011), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($270).
  
 1) THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR 1300 ELIZABETH AVENUE
 INCLUDES A PORTION OF LOT 10 (APPROXIMATELY ONE FOOT
 WIDE SLIVER). THIS IS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY, BUT NOT
 INCLUDED ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE PLANS
 SHALL SHOW THE FULL EXTENT (INCLUDING THE ACURATE
 DIMENSIONS) OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2) ONE OF THE LAST PARKING SPACES AT THE DEAD END SHALL
 BE MARKED ON THE GROUND AS A TURN AROUND SPACE WITH NO
 PARKING ALLOWED.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION LINE ACROSS EACH PARKING ROW
 (INSIDE OF CURB TO INSIDE OF CURB). THIS DIMENSION
 SHALL MATCH THE NUMBER OF SPACES TIMES THE WIDTH OF THE
 SPACES.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FOR EACH ELEMENT ACROSS THE
 SITE, BOTH NORTH/SOUTH AND EAST/WEST (EX. THE LANDSCAPE
 AREAS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BUFFER AND THE
 CURBS). THE SUM OF THE DIMENSIONS SHALL MATCH THE LOT
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 5) THE LANDSCAPE AT THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE
 PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT BY A D-CURB.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAVED SWALE AREA IN FRONT OF THE
 PROPERTY MAY NEED TO BE RESTORED TO A SODDED STATE UPON
 A DETERMINATION BY THE CITY'S ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 6) WILL THE PARKING LOT BE LIGHTED? IF SO DETAILS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR THE POLES, THEIR PLACEMENT AND FOOT CANDLE
 INTENSITY AT THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 7) THE CITY PARKING DETAIL IS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS.
  
 8) THE CITY SERVICE LETTER AND THE LETTERS FROM FPL,
 COMCAST AND BELLSOUTH WERE NOT PROVIDED.
