 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED BUFFER STRIP
 FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OF PORTION THEREOF. PAVED AREAS
 USED FOR PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION AND VEHICULAR ACCESS
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WHEN CALCULATING THE LENGTH OF THE
 BUFFER STRIP. THE NOTE ON THE PLAN THAT REFERENCES
 SECTION 94-443 (C) (2), DOES NOT APPLY IN THIS
 SITUATION. THE PROPERTY WOULD NEED TO BE ADJACENT TO A
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OR USE.
  
 2. THE REQUIRED HEDGE ADJACENT TO ELIZABETH AVENUE
 SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE INTERIOR OF THE LANDSCAPE
 SETBACK AND EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT
 PARKING STALL.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D), ALL ITEMS IN THIS
 SECTION SHALL BE PART OF THE LANDCAPE PLAN SUCH AS THE
 LOCATION OF ALL UTILITIES, EASEMENTS OVERHEAD LINES,
 SITE LIGHTING AND SO ON. THIS WILL HELP TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS IN THE FIELD BETWEEN VARIOUS UTILITIES AND
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. IF ENGINEERING DOES NOT PERMIT PARKING IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE ASPHALT IS REQUIRED TO BE REMOVED,
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AREA WILLL NEED TO BE SODDED AND
 IRRIGATED.
  
 5. UNLESS THE EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB SERVES A PURPOSE,
 IT SHALL BE REMOVED AND LANDSCAPING SHALL TAKE ITS
 PLACE.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL OF THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR
 THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. THOUGH SOME OF
 THESE CALCULATIONS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED, OTHER HAVE NOT.
 THE TOTAL REQUIRED SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES BASED UPON
 THE OPEN SPACE. SHOULD BE ADDED TO YOUR CALCULATIONS.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (C), PALM TREES MAY BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE SHADE
 OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED BY THIS ARTICLE.
