 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (2),
 THE LANDSCAPE STRIP THAT BUFFERS A NONRESIDENTIAL USE
 FROM A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE MAY NOT BE INTERRUPTED BY
 MORE THAN 25 PERCENT OF ITS REQUIRED LENGTH TO PROVIDE
 FOR SIGNS AND INGRESS AND EGRESS. THE ACCESS ALONG THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE SITE SHALL BE REDUCED TO A MAXIMUM
 WIDTH OF 24 FEET. THE FIVE FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER WITH
 THE REQUIRED HEDGE AND TREES SHALL EXTEND THE FULL
 LENGTH OF THE BUFFER. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ACCESS INTO
 THE SITE FROM OLIVE AVENUE NEEDS TO BE WIDER THAN
 NORMAL. HOWEVER, I DO NOT SEE WHY THE OPENING CANNOT BE
 REDUCED TO BETWEEN 35 AND 36 FEET WITHOUT IMPACTING THE
 TRAFFIC FLOW THROUGH THE SITE.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), THE
 PROPOSED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET CITY
 STANDARDS. PLEASE USE THE CITY APPROVED DUMPSTER
 DETAIL. THE ENCLOSURE SHALL HAVE VISION OBSCURING GATES
 AND THE GATES CANNOT OPEN INTO A TRAVEL LANE. THE
 ENCLOSURE HAS BEEN ELIMINATED. PLEASE INDICATE HOW THE
 TRASH PICK-UP WILL ACCOMMODATED.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION
 NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 SOME OF THE CALCULATIONS DO NOT MEET MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER CALCULATIONS WERE MISSING. ON
 THE LANDSCAPE DATA, PLEASE SHOW THE TOTAL LOT AREA, THE
 TOTAL BUILDING FOOTPRINT AND THE DIFFERENCE WHICH IS
 THE OPEN SPACE. ONE SHADE TREE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY
 1600 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE AND ONE SHRUB IS
 REQUIRED FOR EVERY 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE.
 PLEASE SHOW THESE CALCULATIONS FOR TREES REQUIRED AND
 TREES PROPOSED AND SHRUBS REQUIRED AND SHRUBS PROPOSED.
 IN ADDITION, THE DATA FOR THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF
 THE SITE WHERE FLIP-FLOPPED AND THE DATA FOR THE SOUTH
 SIDE HAS CHANGES SINCE THE ADDITIONAL TREES WERE SHOWN.
  
 4. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE SIDEWALK ALONG OLIVE CANNOT
 BE CUT OUT TO PROVIDE A SOD STRIP CONSISTENT WITH THE
 AREA SOUTH OF THE ACCESS.
