 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (A) (1) (C), WALLS SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
 ADJACENT TO A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. WALLS IN EXCESS OF
 30 INCHES IN HEIGHTS SHALL NOT BE ERECTED WITHIN 20
 FEET OF A RESIDENTIAL FRONT PROPERTY LINE. THIS APPLIES
 TO THE EAST END OF THE EXISTING WOOD FENCE THAT IS
 ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (A) (2) (C) AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OT PORTION THEREOF. TO
 AVOID PLANTING NEW TREES UNDER THE CANOPY OF LARGE
 EXISTING TREES, THE EXISTING TREES ALONG THE SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE CAN BE COUNTED TOWARD MEETING THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS PROPERTY. HOWEVER, A NOTE MUST BE
 PLACED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT REQUIRES THIS
 PROPERTY TO INSTALL ALL REQUIRED TREES IF THE
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTY REMOVES THEM.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (1), A LANDSCAPE
 STRIP OF AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH SHALL BE REQUIRED
 ALONG THE ENTIRE EDGE OF PROPERTY WHEN ADJACENT TO A
 PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE AND WHEN ADJACENT TO NONRESIDENTIAL
 ZONING DISTRICTS. THIS APPLIES TO THE BUFFER ADJACENT
 TO SOUTHERN BOULEVARD, OLIVE AVENUE AND ON THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE SITE.. SOME OF THESE LANDSCAPE STRIPS ARE
 NOT OF THE REQUIRED WIDTH.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 STRIP THAT BUFFERS A NONRESIDENTIAL USE FROM A PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARE MAY NOT BE INTERRUPTED BY MOE THAN 25
 PERCENT OF ITS REQUIRED LENGTH TO PROVIDE FOR SIGNS AND
 INGRESS AND EGRESS. THE ACCESS ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF
 THE SITE SHALL BE REDUCED TO A MAXIMUM WIDTH OF 24
 FEET. THE FIVE FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER WITH THE REQUIRED
 HEDGE AND TREES SHALL EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE
 BUFFER.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), THE PROPOSED
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET CITY STANDARDS. PLEASE
 USE THE CITY APPROVED DUMPSTER DETAIL. THE ENCLOSURE
 SHALL HAVE VISION OBSCURING GATES AND THE GATES CANNOT
 OPEN INTO A TRAVEL LANE.
  
 6. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES,
 EASEMENTS, SITE LIGHTING AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY
 INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS. THERE APPEARS TO BE A CONFLICT BETWEEN A
 SANITARY SEWER LINE AND A PROPOSED PALM.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (2), HEDGES SHALL BE
 PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS FOR EACH REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER. PLEASE INSTALL A HEDGE ALONG THE
 INSIDE PERIMETER OF THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE EAST
 SIDE OF THE ACCESS IN FROM SOUTHERN BOULEVARD.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. SOME OF THE
 CALCULATIONS DO NOT MEET MINIMUMM REQUIREMENTS AND
 OTHER CALCULATIONS WERE MISSING.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (B), WHENEVER THE
 CLUSTERING OF PALM TREES IS UTILIZED, A MINIMUM OF
 THREE PALM TREES PER CLUSTER IS REQUIRED. SOME OF THE
 PALMS WERE PLANTED IN GROUPS OF TWO.
