 INCHES), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT OF ALL
 PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT BY 9 AM
 ON JUNE 14, 2010, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE JULY 1, 2010
 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC
 MEETING (AUGUST 9, 2010), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($270).
  
 1) THE APPLICATION, THE PROJECT FACT SHEET, THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT, THE SURVEY, AND THE DATA
 TABLES ON THE PLANS DO NOT REFLECT THE ENTIRE PALM
 BEACH DAY ACADEMY CAMPUS. PRIOR TO THE APPLICATION,
 STAFF MADE IT CLEAR AND THE APPLICANT AGREED THAT THIS
 CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT WOULD COVER THE ENTIRE PALM
 BEACH DAY ACADEMY CAMPUS AND CONSOLIDATE THE THREE
 EXISTING CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMITS.
  
 2) THE MAP FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISER SHOWING THE 400 FOOT NOTIFICATION AND A COPY
 OF THE ADDRESS LIST WAS NOT INCLUDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE 400 FOOT NOTIFICATION IS FROM THE BOUNDARY OF THE
 ENTIRE AREA THAT WILL BE UNDER THE ONE CLASS B SPECIAL
 USE PERMIT.
  
 3) THE DEEDS FOR THE CURRENT PALM BEACH DAY ACADEMY
 PARCELS WERE NOT PROVIDED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION.
  
 4) PROVIDE COPIES OF THE CITY AND UTILITY SERVICE
 PROVIDER LETTERS.
  
 5) PROVIDE THE TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER FROM PALM
 BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC.
  
 6) THE NEW DUMPSTER LOCATION REQUIRES APPROVAL FROM THE
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT.
  
 7) THE RELOCATED DUMPSTER IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A HEDGE
 AROUND THE ENCLOSURE.
  
 8) DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DETAILS ARE REQUIRED. THE
 ENCLOSURE ON THE PLANS SHALL BE SHOWN TO MEET MINIMUM
 CITY STANDARDS. THE DUMPSTER SHOWN ON THE PLANS DOES
 NOT APPEAR TO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED DEPTH. THE
 SETBACK FROM THE ENCLOSURE TO THE PROPERTY LINE SHALL
 BE PROVIDED. A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IS REQUIRED.
  
 9) THE RELOCATION OF THE DUMPSTER REMOVES TWO (2)
 NON-CONFORMING PARKING SPACES FROM THE SITE. PARKING
 SPACES MAY NOT BE RECONSTRUCTED AT THIS SITE UNLESS
 THEY CONFORM TO ALL CURRENT PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 10) THE PARKING TABLE SHALL INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF
 FACULTY AND STAFF AS THIS DETERMINES THE REQUIRED
 PARKING.
  
 11) THE PARKING TABLE SHOWS 48 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED,
 YET THERE ARE 53 PARKING SPACES PHYSICALLY SHOWN ON THE
 PROPERTIES EAST OF COCOANUT LANE. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 PARKING LOT ALONG SOUTH OLIVE AVENUE DOES NOT DESIGNATE
 A NUMBER OF SPACES, YET IT IS DESIGNATED AS PARKING. IF
 IT IS TO BE DESIGNATED AS PARKING, THEN IT SHALL BE
 SHOWN ACCURATELY AND MEETING CODE REQUIREMENTS ON THE
 PLANS AND INCLUDED ON THE DATA TABLES.
  
 12) PROVIDE PARKING SPACE DETAILS FOR ALL OF THE
 PARKING CONFIGURATIONS ON THE PLANS. PROVIDE THE SIZE
 OF THE PARKING SPACES, THE PARKING SPACE ANGLE, AND THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE DRIVE AISLES ON THE PLANS. STAFF IS
 UNABLE TO VERIFY THAT THE PARKING SPACES WILL FUNCTION
 ADEQUATELY WHILE MAINTAINING PROPER ACCESS THROUGH THE
 SITE.
  
 13) NO ADA PARKING IS BEING SHOWN. THE 53 PARKING
 SPACES PROVIDED REQUIRE THREE (3) ADA PARKING SPACES.
 ADDITIONAL ADA SPACES MAY BE REQUIRED BASED ON THE
 SOUTH OLIVE AVENUE PARKING LOT.
  
 14) THE PLANS SHOW THE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP STACKING, BUT
 NOT DAILY VEHICULAR USE OF THE SITE. THE REORIENTATION
 OF THE PARKING LOT CREATES VEHICLE CONFLICTS WITH CARS
 TRAVELING OPPOSITE THE DIRECTION OF THE PARKING SPACE
 ANGLE. THIS IS ESPECIALLY PROBLEMATIC WHEN COCOANUT AND
 TUXEDO LANES ARE CLOSED DURING THE SCHOOL DAY. IT MAY
 BE ADVISABLE TO LEAVE THE CIRCULATION AS IT EXISTS
 TODAY (SOUTHBOUND LOOP) EXCEPT DURING PICK-UP/DROP-OFF.
 AT THAT TIME, THE CIRCULATION CAN BE REVERSED SOUTH OF
 THE CHURCH BUILDING THROUGH USE OF TRAFFIC DIRECTING
 PERSONNEL.
  
 15) A TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN SHOWING WHERE TRAFFIC
 DIRECTING PERSONNEL WILL BE STATIONED IS REQUIRED.
  
 16) ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT APPROVAL IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF "NO LEFT TURN SIGNS"
 IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. PALM BEACH DAY ACADEMY IS
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF FABRICATION, INSTALLATION
 AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SIGNS.
  
 17) THE NEW NORTHERN STACKING LANE ORIENTATION FORCES
 CARS INTO AN EXISTING CURBED PLANNING AREA.
  
 18) THE RELOCATED PEDESTRIAN PATH IS SHOWN WITHIN THE
 DRIVEWAY APRON. HOW WILL THIS BE UNOBSTRUCTED AS THE
 DRIVEWAY IS CHAINED OFF DURING SCHOOL HOURS?
  
 19) DUE TO THE INCREASE IN THE STUDENT ENROLLMENT, THE
 SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 LANDSCAPE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, INCLUDING PERIMETER BUFFERS, MINIMUM TREE
 AND SHRUB REQUIREMENTS AND PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING. A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING CONFORMANCE WITH THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS IS REQUIRED.
  
 20) ONE BICYCLE PARKING SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 20
 PARKING SPACES. PROVIDE THE LOCATION AND THE DETAILS OF
 THE BICYCLE PARKING. THE DETAIL SHALL MATCH WHAT IS
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
