 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. THE ENTIRE EXISTING SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT UP TO
 CURRENT MINIMUM STANDARDS. PLEASE SUBMIT A SIGNED AND
 SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED BY A REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 3. THE PARKING LAYOUT AND THE TRAVEL AISLES WILL NEED
 TO BE MODIFIED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED
 PERIMETER LANDSCAPE BUFFERS, INTERIOR ISLANDS AND
 FOUNDATION LANDSCAPING REQUIRED BY CODE. ANY
 UNNECESSARY PAVEMENT SHALL BE REMOVED AND CONVERTED
 INTO GREEN SPACE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS ENUMERATED IN THIS
 SECTION.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS.
  
 GRASS AREAS SHALL BE SODDED. THIS INCLUDES THE ENTIRE
 SITE AND ADJACENT RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
