 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FOUR
 (4) COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11 INCHES X 17
 INCHES), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT OF ALL
 PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS
 (JULY 7, 2010), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN.
 ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($400).
  
 1) PER ORDINANCE NO. 4020-07, WCI SHALL POST A BOND FOR
 ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL MARKINGS AND SIGNS ASSOCIATED WITH
 THE ABANDONMENT AND ONE-WAY OF THE EASEMENT.
  
 2) THE ACCESS EASEMENT SHALL BE DESIGNATED AS ONE-WAY
 WESTBOUND UNTIL SUCH TIME AS CONSTRUCTION OCCURS ON THE
 WCI PARCELS. THIS IS DUE TO THE ONE-WAY NORTHBOUND
 CONFIGURATION OF THE REMAINING ALLEY.
  
 3) WCI SHALL CONSTRUCT THE NEW APPROACH TO THE EASEMENT
 AND REMOVE ALL OTHER DRIVEWAY APPROACHES TO THE
 PROPERTY AFTER SECURING THE APPLICABLE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMITS FROM THE CITY???S ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT. ALTERNATIVELY, WCI MAY PAY THE CITY TO DO
 THE WORK IF ALLOWED BY CITY POLICY.
  
 4) BUILDING PERMITS SHALL BE SECURED FOR THE NEW PAVING
 AND THE REMOVAL OF THE REAR OF THE TEMPLE.
  
 5) THE REMOVAL OF THE REAR OF THE TEMPLE REQUIRES
 APPROVAL BY THE CITY???S HISTORIC PRESERVATION
 DIVISION.
  
 6) THE CITY HAS NOT AGREED TO THE VALUE OF THE ALLEY AT
