 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION
 NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 PLEASE INDICATE THE TREES AND SHRUBS REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED. THE TABULATION SHALL APPEAR ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND INCLUDE THE ENTIRE SITE WITH ALL REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS AND XERISCAPE POINTS..
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B)(1),
 THE OWNER OF PROPERTY USED FOR NONRESIDENTIAL PURPOSES
 SHALL INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A LANDSCAPED BUFFER STRIP
 ALONG THE ENTIRE EDGE OF PROPERTY ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARE AND OTHER NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.
 FOR INDUSTRIAL USES AND USES IN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS,
 THE BUFFER STRIP SHALL BE AT LEAST TEN FEET WIDE ALONG
 THE EDGE OF PROPERTY WHEN ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARE AND AT LEAST FIVE FEET WIDE ALONG THE EDGE
 OF PROPERTY WHEN ADJACENT TO NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING
 DISTRICTS. THE FIVE FOOT BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG ALL
 SIDES OF THE PROPERTY NOT ADJACENT TO THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4),
 AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED
 IN A REQUIRED BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR
 PORTION THEREOF. HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS FOR EACH REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER. THE TEN
 FOOT BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG THE NORTH, WEST AND SOUTH
 SIDES OF THE SITE. THE FENCE ALONG THE NORTH AND WEST
 SIDES OF THE SITE SHALL BE MOVED TO THE INSIDE
 PERIMETER OF THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH (EXCLUDING THE
 REQUIRED CURBING) AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE
 ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL
 CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (A), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NON-MOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D".
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (B), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS ADJACENT TO OFF-STREET PARKING AREAS SHALL BE
 PROTECTED FROM ENCROACHMENT OR INTRUSION OF VEHICLES
 THROUGH THE USE OF WHEEL STOPS. PLEASE PROVIDE A CITY
 STRIPING DETAIL.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR
 INCINERATORS, GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES, FUEL OIL OR
 PROPANE TANKS, STORAGE RACKS AND OTHER MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE
 SCREENING IS PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED
 OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE
 MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS
 SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT
 TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE WITH AN
 OBSCURING MAY BE REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL. PLEASE IDENTIFY THESE ITEMS ON SITE AND SHOW
 HOW THEY WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED.THIS INCLUDES THE SITE AND
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E) (2), AT LEAST 20
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 04-445 (4) (G) (3) (II) IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 12. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (4) (I), ALL
 PROHIBITED AND INVASIVE PLANT SPECIES SHALL BE
 ERADICATED FROM THE SITE AND THE ADJACENT
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
