 A MINIMUM OF 25 FEET. CONFIRM MINIMUM DISTANCE REQUIRED
 WITH CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER BRIAN COLLINS.
  
 2. NO DRIVEWAY APPROACH IS SHOWN BETWEEN ENTRANCE/EXIT
 OF PROPERTY AND 28TH STREET THROUGH EXISTING 4 FOOT
 WIDE SIDEWALK. MUST TRANSITION PER CITY'S DRIVEWAY
 TURN-OUT STANDARD DETAIL GC-6.
  
 3. CONCRETE APRON SHOWN AT 28TH STREET CONFIGURATION?
 INCONSISTENT WITH ENTRANCE/EXIT DIRECTION.
  
 4. WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE WILL SUPPORT MULTIPLE TRUCK
 WIEGHTS AND TRAFFIC ONCE INSIDE PROPERTY?
  
 5. ADA PARKING SPACE AND ADJACENT PARKING SPACE SHALL
 CONFORM TO LATEST (2007) SFBC AND SHALL BE PAVED. NO
 ROUTE OR ROADWAY/PATH IS SHOWN TO THESE PARKING SPACES.
  
 6. A SECOND CONCRETE APRON IS SHOWN AT THE BUSINESS
 OFFICE WITH A 40 FT. WIDE SLIDING GATE: IF THIS IS AN
 ALTERNATE INGRESS/EGRESS IT WILL ALSO HAVE TO CONFORM
 TO ITEMS 1 AND 2, AS ABOVE.
  
 7. ALL CONCRETE APRONS/SLABS PROPOSED SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES THICK.
  
 8. IT IS STATED IN THE JUSTIFICATION LETTER THAT
 GRINDING OF YARD WASTE SHALL TAKE PLACE ON THE
 PREMISES; HOW WILL IT BE DONE? ARE THE GRINDERS FUEL
 (GASOLINE OR DIESEL FUEL) OPERATED?
  
 9. THE USE OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT, FRONT-END LOADER, BUCKET
 TRUCK, ETC., IS MENTIONED: HOW WILL TURF AND GRADE BE
 OR REMAIN STABILIZED UNDER HEAVY EQUIPMENT USE AND
 TRAFFIC?
