 - PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF SIX
 (6) COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11 INCHES X 17
 INCHES), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT OF ALL
 PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS
 (APRIL 14, 2010), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE LIGHT POSTS (EXISTING AND PROPOSED)
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 A. THE BANK BUILDING PERMIT SHOWED LIGHT POSTS ALONG
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE THAT APPEARED TO BE CLOSE TO
 THE TREES. STAFF SUGGESTED LOCATING THE POSTS IN THE
 CENTER OF THE OPEN AREA BETWEEN THE TREES.
 B. THE BANK BUILDING PERMIT PLAN SHOWS A LIGHT POST
 SOUTHEAST OF THE A/C PAD BY THE DRIVE AISLE. THE OAK
 TREE SHALL BE SHIFTED SOUTH TO PREVENT CONFLICT.
  
 2) THE IXORA LOCATED AROUND THE A/C PAD MAY NOT BE TALL
 ENOUGH TO SCREEN THE PROPOSED A/C UNITS. THE BUILDING
 PERMIT, INCLUDING SPECS, FOR THE A/C UNITS HAS NOT BEEN
 SUBMITTED, SO STAFF RECOMMENDS YOU COORDINATE WITH THE
 BANK CONTRACTOR SO THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS DURING THE
 PERMIT PROCESS. NOTE: THE EAST SIDE OF THE A/C PAD
 SHALL BE SCREENED.
  
 3) THE CORNER SETBACK FOR TRACT B MAY NOT BE CHANGED AS
 PART OF A MINOR AMENDMENT. NOTE: THIS DOES NOT NEED TO
 CHANGE FROM THE APPROVED 42 FEET, SINCE THE NEW PLAN
 SHOWS THE BUILDING MORE THAN 42 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 4) PLEASE VERIFY THE PERVIOUS/IMPERVIOUS CALCULATIONS
 PROVIDED ON THE SITE PLAN. THERE WAS SOME LANDSCAPE
 REMOVED WITH THE RELOCATION OF THE BUILDING THAT MAY
 HAVE AFFECTED THE RATIO.
