 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) IS THERE AN EXISTING CROSS-PARKING/CROSS-ACCESS
 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TWO (2) PROPERTIES? CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES STAFF HAS CONCERNS THAT CODE-REQUIRED
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING WILL BE LOCATED ON A SEPARATE
 PROPERTY...AND WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT, THESE SPACES COULD
 POTENTIALLY BE REMOVED, CREATING A NONCONFORMING
 SITUATION. ADDITIONALLY, CREATION OF THIS AS A MAIN
 ENTRANCE WILL ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES TO
 PARKING ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY, NOT THE PROPERTY UPON
 WHICH THE BUSINESS IS LOCATED.
  
 2) TO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE, PLEASE PROVIDE
 LANDSCAPE PLANTING IN FRONT OF THE PROPOSED HANDICAP
 RAMP. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE LANDSCAPING IS CONSISTENT
 WITH THE EXISTING FOUNDATION PLANTING.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE
 CENTREPARK ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE INDICATING
 THEIR NO-OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 4) PURSUANT TO THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), RAMPS, STEPS, ETC. THAT ARE LESS
 THAN THREE (3) FEET IN HEIGHT MAY ENCROACH UP TO TWO
 (2) FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE. IT APPEARS THAT THE
 PROPOSED RAMP DOES NOT MEET THIS PROVISION. IS THERE
 ANY WAY TO MOVE THE PROPOSED RAMP CLOSER TO THE
 BUILDING SO AS TO MEET THIS PROVISION? PLEASE BE SURE
 TO DIMENSION THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE
 DETAIL.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH TWO (2) REDUCED COPIES (1 - 11" X
 17" AND 1 - 8 1/2" X 11"), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF
 ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
