| | UTILITIES AND LANDSCAPING, ESPECIALLY ON THE SOUTH SIDE |
| | OF THE BUILDING AND THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER |
| | ENCLOSURE. THE SEWER AND OTHER UTILITIES SHALL BE KEPT |
| | OUT OF THE LANDSCAPE AREAS. ALL PROPOSED UTILITIES, |
| | EASEMENTS, STREET LIGHTS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY |
