| | WILL IT BE MAINTAINED? |

| | 11) THE DESIGN OF THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING READS |
| | AS THE REAR OF A BUILDING AND THUS DOES NOT INTERACT |
| | WITH SOUTH OLIVE AVENUE. IN ORDER TO INTEGRATE WITH |
| | SOUTH OLIVE AVENUE AND THE MANGO PROMENADE |
| | NEIGHBORHOOD, PLEASE ADD A PORCH TO THE WEST FACADE OF |
| | THE BUILDING. STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT IT BE LOCATED IN |
| | FRONT OF THE ORTHO TREATMENT BAYS. THERE ARE SEVERAL |
| | OPTIONS FOR THE PORCH: |

| | A) A THREE FOOT DEEP ROOFED PORCH EXTENDING FROM THE |
| | BUILDING. |
| | B) A FIVE FOOT DEEP PORCH EXTENDING FROM THE BUILDING |
| | WITH A ROOF EXTENDING THREE FEET FROM THE BUILDING. |
| | C) MOVE THE BUILDING TWO FEET EAST OR REDUCE THE WEST |
| | FOOTPRINT TWO FEET AND ADD A FIVE FOOT DEEP, ROOFED |
| | PORCH. |

| | 12) THE PORCH SHALL BE ACCESSED BY A DOOR FROM THE |
| | INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING - RECOMMEND FRENCH STYLE |

| | 13) STAFF WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE PORCH HAVE STEPS TO THE |

| | IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS OPTIONS. |

| | 15) PLEASE CLEARLY DEFINE PAVED VS. LANDSCAPE AREAS ON |
| | THE PLANS. DIFFICULT TO DISCERN AROUND THE BIKE RACK. |

| | 16) THE EASTERN PARKING ROW REQUIRES TREES IN THE |
| | TERMINAL ISLANDS. |

| | 17) SHIFT THE TREE IN THE EASTERN TERMINAL ISLAND OF |
| | THE OFF-SITE PARKING AREA TO THE NORTH. THIS WILL ALLOW |
| | ITS ROOT SYSTEM MORE SPACE AND ALIGN IT WITH THE |
| | WESTERN TERMINAL ISLAND TREE. |

| | BUILDING FOR FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE COMPLIANCE. HE |
| | EXPRESSED CONCERNS THAT THE CURRENT DESIGN DOES NOT |
| | COMPLY WITH THE CODE. SOME OF HIS COMMENTS WILL AFFECT |
| | THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS AND ELEVATIONS. |
