 4. THE 20' UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN ON THE PRELIMINARY
 ENGINEERING PLANS CAN BE DEDICATED BY THE REPLAT.
 5. HOW IS THE PROPOSED PARKING LYING ON THE SOUTH LINE
 OF LOTS 7/8 TO BE HANDLED.
 6. A SIDEWALK AND POSSIBLY A ROADWAY/PARKING EASEMENT
 ALONG ARKONA COURT MAY BE REQUIRED.
 7. IS THE PASSIVE PARK AND EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS
