| | MONEY AND INCREASE THE LANDSCAPE AREA, THE CURBING |
| | SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN PLACE OF THE CAR STOPS. THE TWO |
| | FOOT AREA BEYOND THE CURBING CAN BE CONVERTED INTO |
| | GREEN SPACE. BECAUSE THIS IS A VEHICLE OVERHANG AREA, |
| | NO SHRUBS, TREES OR TALL GROUND COVER CAN BE PLANTED |
| | WITHIN THIS TWO FOOT STRIP, BUT THE ADDED GREEN SPACE |
| | WILL ALLOW THE TREES TO HAVE A LARGER AREA IN WHICH TO |
| | SPREAD THEIR ROOTS. |
