 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E) (1),
 AT LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE
 EXTERIOR OF ALL COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED
 WITH TREES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES. A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE NORTH AND WEST SIDES OF THE
 CORNER STATION BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND STRUCTURE. THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE STRIP ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING IS LESS THAN FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 2. 'VM' IS A SYMBOL SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN BUT IT
 CANNOT BE FOUND ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 3. AN ADDITIONAL ROYAL PALM SHALL BE PLANTED IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD ACCESS AISLE, IT SHALL BE THE SAME SIZE AS
 THE OTHER PROPOSED ROYAL PALMS.
  
 4. SHOULD THE NEIGBORING PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH INSTALL
 A PERIMETER HEDGE ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION OF THIS LANDSCAPE, THE HEDGE ON THIS
 PROPERTY CAN BE DELETED.. THE HEDGE ON THE NEIGHBORING
 PROPERTY CAN BE USED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
 PROPERTY FOR AS LONG AS THAT HEDGE EXISTS. HOWEVER,
 SHOULD THE NEIGHBORING HEDGE EVER BE REMOVED, THE OWNER
 OF THIS SITE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO INSTALL THE
 REQUIRED HEDGE. TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS, PLEASE
 INCLUDE A NOTE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5. THE PROPOSED PYGMY DATE PALMS ALONG THE FOUNDATION
 OF THE TWO BUILDINGS MAY GROW WIDER THAN THE SPACE
 PROVIDED. PERHAPS THE USE OF TRIPLE ALEXANDER PALMS
 SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BECAUSE THEY WILL GROW TALLER AND
 WILL BE OUT OF THE WAY OF PEDESTRIANS. IN ADDTION THEY
 WILL DO A BETTER JOB OF SOFTENING THE FACADE.
  
 6. THERE ARE SEVERAL CONFLICTS BETWEEN PROPOSED
 UTILITIES AND LANDSCAPING. THE GENERATOR AND GREASE
 TRAP ARE VERY CLOSE TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE CAR
 WASH AND PROPOSED LIVE OAK TREE. THESE ITEMS SHOULD BE
 SHIFTED AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. THE PROPOSED PALMS AT
 THE NOTHEAST AND NORTHWEST CORNERS OF THE BUILDING
 SHALL BE MOVED AROUND THE CORNER TO THE NORTH SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING. THIS WILL GET THEM OUT OF THE DRAINAGE
 EASEMENT AT THE EAST END OF THE BUILDING AND OUT FROM
 UNDER THE OAK TREE AT THE WEST END OF THE BUILDING.
