| | PROPERTY FOR AS LONG AS THAT HEDGE EXISTS. HOWEVER, |

| | SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BECAUSE THEY WILL GROW TALLER AND |
| | WILL BE OUT OF THE WAY OF PEDESTRIANS. IN ADDTION THEY |
| | WILL DO A BETTER JOB OF SOFTENING THE FACADE. |

| | 6. THERE ARE SEVERAL CONFLICTS BETWEEN PROPOSED |
| | UTILITIES AND LANDSCAPING. THE GENERATOR AND GREASE |
| | TRAP ARE VERY CLOSE TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE CAR |
| | WASH AND PROPOSED LIVE OAK TREE. THESE ITEMS SHOULD BE |
| | SHIFTED AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. THE PROPOSED PALMS AT |
| | THE NOTHEAST AND NORTHWEST CORNERS OF THE BUILDING |
| | SHALL BE MOVED AROUND THE CORNER TO THE NORTH SIDE OF |
| | THE BUILDING. THIS WILL GET THEM OUT OF THE DRAINAGE |
| | EASEMENT AT THE EAST END OF THE BUILDING AND OUT FROM |
| | UNDER THE OAK TREE AT THE WEST END OF THE BUILDING. |
