 CITY DETAIL. PLEASE REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2. THE PLACEMENT OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT
 APPEAR TO LEND ITSELF TO EASY ACCESS WITH A GARBAGE
 TRUCK. ANGLING IT TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT TO PERMIT A
 TRUCK TO APPROACH THE ENCLOSURE AND REVERSE WITHOUT
 POTENTIAL CONFLICTS WITH THE FUEL PUMPS WOULD RESULT IN
 A SAFER SITUATION.
  
 3. THE DIMENSIONS OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN DO NOT MATCH THOSE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON
 THE DUMPSTER DETAIL. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SITE PLAN
 ACCURATELY REFLECTS THE DIMENSIONS OF THE STANDARD CITY
 DETAIL.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE IRRIGATION WELL. WILL
 ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT BE LOCATED IN AN UNDERGROUND
 ENCLOSURE OR WILL SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT BE LOCATED
 ABOVE GROUND? PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDITIONAL SCREENING MAY
 BE REQUIRED IF EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED ABOVE GROUND.
  
 5. THE LOADING ZONE PROVIDED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM 10 X 25 FOOT
 DIMENSION.
  
 6. SHEET C-4 SHOWS A SANITARY DRAIN FOR THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THERE IS TO BE A DRAIN
 THE ENCLOSURE, A ROOF OVER THE ENCLOSURE MUST BE
 PROVIDED SO THAT RAINWATER DOES NOT GET INTO THE DRAIN.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A RECORDED COPY OF THE UNITY OF TITLE
 FILED TO JOIN THE TWO PARCELS WHICH COMPRISE THIS SITE.
  
 8. WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED CARWASH, PLEASE PROVIDE
 INFORMATION REGARDING HOURS OF OPERATION AS WELL AS IF
 ANY BLOWERS ARE PROPOSED. ALSO, AN OPEN WALL SHOULD BE
 PROVIDED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CARWASH BUILDING TO
 INCREASE VISIBILITY.
  
 9. THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN ARE INCONSISTENT
 WITH RESPECT TO THE LOCATION OF THE HANDICAP PARKING
 STALL. PLEASE REVISE PLANS SO THEY ARE CONSISTENT.
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ELEVATION VIEW OF THE "MAX
 CLEARANCE" SIGN AT THE CARWASH.
  
 11. A TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER FROM THE PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION IS REQUIRED.
