2009-07-02 13:06:341. PROPOSED SURFACE PARKING LOT IS NOT CURRENTLY
 ALLOWED BY THE DMP URBAN REGULATIONS. A CODE CHANGE
 WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE APPROVAL CITY APPROVAL.
 ACCORDING TO THE DMP SURFACE PARKING LOTS AS PRIMARY
 USE ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON SECONDARY STREETS. ROSEMARY
 AVENUE AND FERN STREET ARE PRIMARY STREETS.
 2. PROPOSED SURFACE PARKING INCLUDES PROPERTY OWNED BY
 CRA. NO DOCUMENTATION WAS PROVIDED CONFIRMING PROPERTY
 OWNER'S CONSENT TO SUCH APPLICATION.
 3. DEMOLITIONS OF EXISTING BUILDING REQUIRED DAC
 APPROVAL.
 4. SURVEY SHALL INCLUDE INFORMATION REGARDING
 UNDERGROUND ULITITIES, ABOVE GROUND UTILITIES,
 EASEMENTS ETC.
 5. MINIMUM 16 FEET SETBACK FROM THE BACK OF CURB SHALL
 BE PROVIDED ALONG ROSEMARY AVENUE AND FERN STREET.
 6. A MINIMUM 5 FEET LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED
 ALONG ALLL PROPERTY LINES. PROPOSED LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ALONG EAST SIDE OF SOUTH PROPERTY AND ALONG THE ALLEY
 IS NOT MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT. (SEC 94-113)
 7. SHADE TREES SHALL BE PLANTED AT 30 FOOT INTERVALS
 ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE. (SEC 94-113).
 8. A FLOWERING OR SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED ON ALL
 TERMINAL ISLANDS.
 9. INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE PROVIDED EVERY
 10 SPACES.
 10. ALLEY IS INDICATED AS A ONE-WAY ONLY. CITY
 COMMISSION APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CHANGE. ALLEY
 IS CURRENTLY USED BY OTHER PROPERTIES.
 11. PAY BOOTH SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN THE REQUIRED
 5 FEET TERMINAL ISLAND. PAY BOOTH SHOWN IN TWO
 DIFFERENT PLACES IN SP-1-0 AND LP-1.
 12. BACK OF WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE END OF
 PARKING SPACE.
 13. MAXIMUM FOOTCANDLE ALLOWED IS 1.0. LIGHT FIXTURES
 ARE TOO TALL CONSIDERING THE SURROUNDING RESIDENTIAL
 NEIGHBORHOODS.
 14. THE REMOVAL OF ANY ON-STREET PARKING REQUIRED
 APPROVAL BY THE PARKING ADMINISTRATOR.
