 1. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN A WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 2. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN A WRITTEN
 FORMAT. PLEASE NOTE, IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE PPRC MEETING,
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE RE-SUBMITTAL OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 3. PROVIDE REVISIONS ADDRESSING PPRC COMMENTS NO LATER
 THAN TUESDAY MAY 26, 2009, IN ORDER TO BE SCHEDULED TO
 THE JULY 2, 2009, ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING (ALL
 COMMENTS MUST BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED), OTHERWISE,
 YOU WILL BE SCHEDULED TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE ZONING
 BOARD MEETING.
 RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 4. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SETS OF PLANS:
 A. 2 SETS 8-1/2"X11" OF SURVEY;
  
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT/ GENERAL APPLICATION:
 5. PROVIDE PROOF OF CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT AS
 REFERRED TO IN THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT OF 12 YEARS
 AGO.
  
 6. AS MENTIONED EARLY LAST WEEK TO MR. DYKES (THE
 AGENT), WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET WITH THE APPROPRIATE
 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION(S) AS PART OF THE REVIEW
 PROCESS. PLEASE CONTACT THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES
 DIVISION (561) 822-1413 (DEAN REILLY), INDICATING THE
 DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF SUCH MEETINGS OR FOR MORE
 INFORMATION. ALSO, PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION TO THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7. SURVEY: PURSUANT TO APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (M.),
 PROVIDE CURRENT TITLE POLICY INFORMATION ON SURVEY,
 INCLUDING TOTAL ACREAGE TO THE NEAREST ONE-HUNDREDTH
 (1/100) OF AN ACRE.
  
 SITE PLAN:
  
 8. PROVIDE ADA AND REGULAR PARKING SPACE STRIPING
 DETAIL (PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(J.)(2) STALL
 PAINTING DETAIL) TO CONFORM TO THE ZONING AND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS(SEE ATTACHED DETAILS).
  
 9. THERE IS NO DUMPSTER (TRASH RECEPTACLE) AND
 ENCLOSURE ON SITE. PROVIDE DETAILS AND LOCATION OF
 DUMPSTER THAT MEETS THE MINIMUM SIZE PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-444(B), FIGURE XIV-3.
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(5)A AND B: PROVIDE
 TYPICAL DETAIL AND DIMENSIONS FOR WHEEL STOPS AND
 CURBING TO SHOW HOW LANDSCAPE AREAS WILL BE SEPARATED
 FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS.
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(N)(2) - PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS OF DRIVE-AISLES, INGRESS/EGRESS.
  
 12. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(E): PROVIDE SIGHT
 TRIANGLE AT ALL ROAD INTERSECTIONS WITH DIMENSIONS.
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(Q), TABLE XV-5, ONE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY 20
 AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACES, OR FRACTION THEREOF. THE
 BICYCLE RACK(S) SHALL COMPLY WITH THE DESIGN STANDARDS
 SET FORTH. PROVIDE DETAIL AND LOCATION.
  
 14. SITE DATA: PROVIDE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED DATA ,
 PROVIDE DATA IN A TABLE (MATRIX) TYPE FORMAT FOR IT TO
 BE READILY LEGIBLE: IN ADDITION, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
  
 A. PROVIDE BREAK-DOWN OF TOTAL PARKING SPACES ON SITE
 DATA THAT MEET SECTION 94-485(N)1B. ALSO, DELINEATE AND
 LABEL THE LOCATION OF THE COMPACT SPACES;
  
 B. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(N)(1)D, PROVIDE NOTATION
 AND DETAIL OF THE REQUIRED "SMALL CARS ONLY" SIGNAGE;
  
 C. PURSUANT TO SECTION TO SECTION 94-485(N)(1)E, SMALL
 AND STANDARD SPACES SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY
 THROUGHOUT PARKING LOT. THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF COMPACT
 PARKING SPACES ALLOWED IS 25% OF THE TOTAL PROVIDED
 PARKING SPACES; AND,
  
 D. PROVIDE TOTAL PARKING REQUIRED AND PROVIDED FOR
 DISABLED PARKING SPACES, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(O)
  
 15. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(P). A 10'X25'LOADING
 SPACE IS REQUIRED.
  
 16. CONSIDER REVISING THE CONFIGURATION OF THE PARALLEL
 PARKING SPACES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE MIDDLE PARKING
 AISLE. A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET OF BACK-UP SPACE IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE PARKING STALLS IN JUST SOUTH OF THOSE
 PARKING SPACES. ADDITIONALLY, THE ADA (DISABLED PARKING
 SPACES) NEED TO HAVE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE
 BUILDING, THEY ALSO NEED TO BE LOCATED AT THE CLOSEST
 PROXIMITY TO THE ENTRY OF THE BUILDING ITS SERVING.
  
 17. LANDSCAPE PLANS NEED TO CORRELATE WITH THE REVISED
 SITE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN:
  
 18. PROVIDE SITE DATA INFORMATION OF LANDSCAPING
 PERCENTAGE REQUIREMENTS ON LANDSCAPE PLAN. SEE ROBERT
 KUSSNER'S LANDSCAPE COMMENTS (SEPARATE DOCUMENT THAT
 WILL BE PROVIDED AT PPRC).
