 (6) COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (8 ? BY 11), AND AN
 ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT OF ALL REVISED
 PLANS/SHEETS.PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE
 SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE STATED ABOVE, THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN.ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE RESUBMITTAL OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1):
  
 1. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPOSED PARKING SPACES/RAILING
 IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS THEY TEND TO BREAK THE WHEEL OF
 THE BICYCLE.THUS, STAFF RECOMMENDS THE USE OF THE
 INVERTED ?U,? ?A? OR THE POST AND LOOP FOR BICYCLE
 PARKING.PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHMENT FOR
 REFERENCE.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT - THE NEW SITE PLAN IS BEING AMENDED
 TO SHOW THE PARKING SPACES ALONG THE CANAL AND THE
 SOUTH PROPERTY LINE AS REQUIRED PARKING SPACES, WHICH
 ARE NEEDED TO MEET THE PARKING REQUIREMENT PER THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.THE EXISTING ROLLING GATE(S) MAY NOT BE
 CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS AS THESE PARKING SPACES
 SHALL REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR PARKING.IN ADDITION, WHILE
 THERE IS NO PUBLIC ENTRY TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
 THROUGH THE EXISTING SERVICE AND PARTS BUILDING, A
 HANDICAP PARKING SPACE FOR THIS BUILDING IS STILL
 REQUIRED FOR AN EMPLOYEE.THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE
 SHALL BE LOCATED AT THE CLOSEST DISTANCE AVAILABLE TO
 THE PERSONNEL ENTRANCE.PLEASE CONTACT MS. SUE OLLEY,
 PARKING ADMINISTRATOR, FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
