 GENERAL COMMENTS
  
 1. PER THE APPLICANT?S LETTER DATED DECEMBER 14, 2007,
 A LETTER FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GOLDEN
 LAKES PLAZA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR THE
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1):
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT - PROVIDE A LETTER FROM PALM BEACH
 COUNTY APPROVING THE TYPES OF PROPOSED TREES AND
 LANDSCAPE OVER THE RELOCATED EASEMENT.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT - PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING SPACE
 DETAILS.
  
 4. PER SUE OLLEY, PARKING ADMINISTRATOR, A HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED NEXT TO THE SERVICE AND
 PARTS AREA (I.E. PARKING ROW ALONG THE CANAL
 EASEMENT).
  
 FIRST FLOOR PLAN (SHEET A-1):
  
 5. THE PLANS SHOW A 31 FOOT 4 INCH WIDTH DIMENSION FROM
 THE END OF THE PARKING SPACE TO THE WALL OF THE RAMP.
 THIS INCLUDES WHAT APPEARS TO BE A CURB/PATHWAY, WHICH
 MAY NOT BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE DRIVE AISLE.THE
 ACTUAL DRIVE AISLE WIDTH DIMENSION IS 27 FEET ACCORDING
 TO THE PREVIOUS SET OF PLANS.A 27 FOOT DRIVE AISLE
 DOES NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE MANEUVERING SPACE, IN
 PARTICULAR FOR VAN ACCESSIBLE/HANDICAP PARKING SPACES.
 AS SUCH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE PROVIDED:
 A. BOTH HANDICAP PARKING SPACES SHALL BE FLIPPED WITH
 THE TWO REGULAR PARKING SPACES IMMEDIATELY TO THE
 SOUTH, AND THE REGULAR PARKING SPACES SHALL BE LABELED
 ?SMALL CARS ONLY.?MS. OLLEY HAS DETERMINED THAT 27
 FEET IS ADEQUATE FOR SMALL CARS BACKOUT WITHOUT THE
 NEED FOR A 5 FOOT BACKING AREA.THIS WILL ALLOW FOR
 THE PARKING ROW TO END WITHOUT THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT
 BACKING AREA; OR
 B. REPEAT COMMENT - A 5 FOOT BACKING AREA SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AT THE END OF THE PARKING ROW.
  
 6. REPEAT COMMENT - VAN ACCESSIBLE HANDICAP PARKING
 SPACE SHALL BE LABELED.
  
 LANDSCAPE DEMOLITION PLAN (SHEET L1):
  
 7. REPEAT COMMENT - A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET L2):
  
 8. REPEAT COMMENT - LANDSCAPE PLAN AND SITE PLAN DO NOT
 MATCH.ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS SHOW SAME CONDITIONS
 (I.E. TERMINAL ISLAND BETWEEN THE PARKING GARAGE AND
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, PARKING ROW ALONG THE WEST BUILDING
 FA?ADE).
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(2), VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THOROUGHFARES BY A
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH.SHADE
 TREES MUST BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS.AS SUCH,
 ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE (OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD):
 A. EXISTING LANDSCAPE BUFFER STRIP SHALL REMAIN AS IS;
 OR
 B. SHADE TREES SHALL BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS.
  
 OTHER COMMENTS:
  
 10. REPEAT COMMENT - PROVIDE PARKING STALL DETAILS
 MEETING SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (PLEASE REFER TO THE DIAGRAM
 ATTACHED WITH THE PREVIOUS SET OF COMMENTS).THE PLANS
 ONLY SHOW HANDICAP PARKING STALL DETAILS.
 A. PLEASE NOTE THAT CURRENTLY EXISTING SPACES WILL NOT
 BE REQUIRED TO BE RESTRIPED.ANY SPACES THAT ARE NEW
 OR BEING ALTERED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION AND ALL
 FUTURE RE-STRIPE OF THE SITE SHALL MEET CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH ZONING STANDARDS.
