 1. BUILDINGS IN NMUD TYPE III MAY BE BUILT WITH EITHER
 A ZERO OR FIVE FOOT SETBACK.IN ORDER TO ADD THE 2ND
 STORY WITH A 2 FOOT 11 INCH SETBACK, A VARIANCE IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE GLAZING CALCULATIONS FOR THE BUILDING
 FRONTAGE.THE FIRST FLOOR IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A
 MINIMUM 70% FA?ADE AREA GLAZING AND THE 2ND STORY IS
 REQUIRED TO HAVE BETWEEN 25 AND 45% FA?ADE AREA
 GLAZING.
  
 3. PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE CITY?S ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT THAT TWO PARKING SPACES, ONE ADA, ARE
 AVAILABLE ON STREET IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4. WHERE ARE THE AC UNITS GOING TO BE LOCATED?
  
 5. HOW WILL TRASH COLLECTION BE HANDLED?
