 CITY OF WPB DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION).
 2. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS ON PLANS OF EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED DEMANDS FOR WATER & SEWER (AVERAGE, MAXIMUM
 AND PEAK) AND FIRE FLOW DEMANDS. CALCULATIONS SHALL BE
 PER FAC 64E-8 FOR WATER AND PER FAC 64-E.008 FOR SEWER.

 DIMENSIONS OF ALL WATER, STORMWATER, AND SANITARY AND
 SEWER LINES AND CLEANOUTS, GREASE TRAPS, ETC. INCLUDING
 STUBS TO EACH PROPERTY LINE FOR WATER AND SANITARY
 SEWERS, THE MAKE AND MODEL OF ALL VALVES, POTABLE AND
 IRRIGATION METERS, BACKFLOWS, FIRE HYDRANTS AND FDCS,
 AND OTHER DEVICES TO BE INSTALLED ON THE SYSTEM, CATCH
 BASINS, CULVERTS, DITCHES INCLUDING GRADES, PIPES
 SIZES, MATERIALS, ELEVATIONS, ASSUMPTIONS,
 CALCULATIONS, INVERT ELEVATIONS FOR ALL INLETS AND

 1. WATER QUALITY TREATMENT SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR NEW
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES, NOT THE NET INCREASE IN IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACE UNLESS TREATMENT IS ALREADY BEING PROVIDED.
 2. USE THE SAME VERTICAL DATUM IN THE CALCULATIONS THAT
 IS USED ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS.
 3. HOW WAS THE WATER TABLE ELEVATION OF 2.00 FT NGVD
 DETERMINED. THE ADJACENT STUB CANAL IS MAINTAINED AT
 ELEVATION 8.0 FT NGVD.
 4. NO DESIGN INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH OTHER THAN 24??? DIAMETER PIPE, THE
 TRENCH HEIGHT OF 4 FEET (PER THE DETAIL ON SHEET
 C-5.00) AND TOTAL EXFILTRATION TRENCH LENGTH OF 60
 FEET. THE TRENCH WIDTH SCALES 5??? ON SHEET C-4.00. THE
 LOWEST RIM ELEVATION IS 13.50 FT NAVD. THE CALCULATIONS
 DIMENSIONS INDICATE TRENCH DEPTH OF 13.5 FEET, TRENCH
 WIDTH OF 5 FEET.

 STATION.
 3. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 4. PROVIDE THE TOP AND BOTTOM ELEVATIONS FOR THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH AND THE TRENCH WIDTH ON THE
