 1. THE CITY???S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD1929.
 THE CITY HAS ALLOWED PROJECTS TO BE SUBMITTED USING
 NAVD1988 AS THE VERTICAL DATUM PROVIDED THE VERTICAL
 DATUM IS LISTED ON EVERY SHEET WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION AND THAT THERE IS A CONVERSION EQUATION
 BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929 ON THE SHEET(S). LIST THE
 VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION EQUATION ON SHEET 5.
 3. THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE AND THE SOUTHERN-MOST
 PARKING SPACE WILL BE BACKING OUT OVER EXISTING CURB
 INLETS AND WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED/ELIMINATED. CITY
 DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 94-485.J.1 PROHIBITS PARKING
 AND LOADING SPACE CONFIGURATIONS THAT REQUIRE BACKING
 DIRECTLY ONTO A STREET IN ALL RESIDENTIAL AND
 NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.
 4. THE HANDICAP SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE ARE LIMITED TO
 2% SLOPE IN ALL DIRECTIONS. NO PROPOSED SPOT GRADES ARE
 SHOWN ON ANY SHEET.
 5. REPLACE THE SIDEWALKS ALONG THE BUILDING FRONTAGES
 TO BE ADA COMPATIBLE IF CURRENT CROSS SLOPE EXCEEDS 2%.
 SHOW THE JOINTS AS NON-SCREENED LINES SO IT STANDS OUT
 AS NEW. CALLOUT ANY SIDEWALK ALONG WESTWOOD ROAD THAT
 WILL BE REPLACED.
 6. THE CURB RAMP ON THE NE CORNER OF FLORIDA AVE AND
 WESTWOOD ROAD WILL NEED TO BE CONSTRUCTED TO CURRENT
 ADA REQUIREMENTS IF THE ASPHALT ADJACENT TO THE RAMP IS
 MODIFIED IN ANY WAY. CALLOUT THE FDOT RAMP
 NUMBER/LETTER AND REFER TO THE CURRENT FDOT STANDARD
 PLAN INDEX NUMBER.
 7. LABEL THE SURFACE MATERIAL BETWEEN THE AREAS BOUNDED
 BY SIDEWALK, STEPS UP TO THE BUILDING AND PARKING
 SPACES (I.E. THIS YELLOW SHADED AREA): (SEE WORD
 DOCUMENT IN EMAIL 4.19.23)
  
  
 8. TYPICAL PARKING LOT STRIPING DETAIL ON SHEET 4 SHOWS
 THE PARKING SPACE DEPTH TO BE 18.5 FEET. THE CITY
 DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 94-485 SPECIFIES STANDARD
 90-DEGREE PARKING SPACES AS 8.5 FEET WIDE BY 18 FEET
 DEEP AND SMALL CAR 90-DEGREE PARKING SPACES AS 8 FEET
 WIDE BY 16 FEET DEEP.
 9. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION FROM THE FACE OF BUILDING TO
 THE CENTERLINE OF FLORIDA AVE. SHOW BREAK POINTS, LABEL
 SURFACE FEATURES, SURFACE SLOPES, RIGHT WAY WITH STREET
 NAME. PROVIDE DISTANCES FROM THE R/W TO EDGE OF ROAD
 PAVEMENT, TO BACK OF SIDEWALK, TO THE ELEVATED SIDEWALK
 NEXT TO THE BUILDING AND TO THE FACE OF THE BUILDING.
 10. SHOW THE EXISTING WATER SERVICES BETWEEN THE WATER
 METER AND WATER MAIN. SHOW THE EXTENT OF ROAD MILLING
 AND RESURFACING PER THE CITY???S TRENCH DETAIL.
 11. DRAW THE VALLEY GUTTER AS BEING 2 FOOT WIDE
 (CURRENTLY SHOWN AS 0.5 FOOT WIDE) AND SHOW THE FLOW
 LINE. THE VALLEY GUTTER TO HAVE POSITIVE DRAINAGE TO AN
 INLET.
 12. WHY IS TYPE ???F??? CURB AND GUTTER BEING
 CONSTRUCTED ALONG WESTWARD ROAD? THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT
 FRONT OF GUTTER IS NOT SHOWN. HOW IS THE STORMWATER
 TREATMENT, CURRENTLY PROVIDED IN THE SWALE, BEING
 REPLACED?
 13. IF THE PARKING LOT IS BEING RECONSTRUCTED THEN
 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT, MEETING SFWMD ERP CRITERIA, WILL
 NEED TO BE PROVIDED ONSITE.
