 PLEASE UPDATE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DIMENSIONS ON SHEET
 C6.1 TO COMPLY WITH CURRENT CITY OF WPB STANDARD DETAIL
 GC-7, AND ADD DETAIL GC-7 TO DETAIL SHEET.

 REMOVED OR GROUTED. THAT SEEMS LIKE IT WOULD BE
 CONFUSING FOR CONSTRUCTION TEAM. PLAN SHOULD GIVE MORE
 GUIDANCE ON HOW THAT IS DETERMINED, OR PICK ONE OPTION.
  
 -PLEASE ADD NOTE FOR REMOVED WATER METERS ON DEMO PLAN:
 RETURN METER TO CITY WPB 561-822-2262
  
 -ON UTILITY PLAN, THE IRRIGATION BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY
 CANNOT BE LOCATED WITHIN THE UTILITY EASEMENT. THE
 SERVICE LINE SIZE AND MATERIAL TYPE SHOULD ALSO BE
 LABELED.
  
 -ON UTILITY PLAN, ON 27TH ST. THE NOTE IS TO CONNECT 2
 IN. WATER MAIN ON NORTH SIDE TO NEW 8 IN. MAIN. I
 THOUGHT THE INTENT WAS TO CONNECT THE EXISTING 2 IN.
 WATER MAIN TO THE SOUTH TO THE NEW 8 IN. MAIN ? PLEASE
 VERIFY.
  
 -ON UTILITY PLAN, FOOTPRINT FOR THE 3 IN. METER WITH
 WATER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE IT MAY BE DRAWN SMALLER THAN
 IT ACTUALLY IS WHEN BUILT. METER LABEL SHOULD REFERENCE
 STANDARD DETAIL WS-8 (ABOVE-GROUND METER).
  
 -UTILITY PLAN DOES NOT SHOW SHUT-OFF GATE VALVE FOR 8?
 EXISTING WATER MAIN ON 27TH AT BROADWAY LIKE IT DOES ON
 28TH ST ? PLEASE ADD TO PLAN.
  
 -HARD TO FIND THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY ON THE PLAN.
 PLEASE ADD TO SIDE-BAR.
  
 -FLOW CALCULATIONS ONLY SHOW BEDROOMS. WILL THERE BE
 ANY FLOW FOR THE MAINTENANCE OR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
