 1. SUGGEST REVISING THE DRIVEWAY GRADES AT THE PROPERTY
 LINE TO BE HIGHER THAN THE ADJACENT PAVEMENT ELEVATIONS
 (SEE SOUTH DRIVEWAY) TO PREVENT RUNOFF FROM THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM FLOWING ONTO THE SITE.
  
 2. IS CURB AND SIDEWALK NEEDED ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY
 LINE?
  
 3. NO CURBING IS SHOWN ALONG 27TH ST. SIDEWALK SHOULD
 NOT BE FLUSH WITH THE ROAD.
  
 4. SHOULD A CURB RAMP BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE CORNER OF
 SOUTH ST AND 27TH ST.?
  
 5. ON SHEET 5, THE PAVING SPECIFICATIONS / SIDEWALK
 DETAIL CALLS OUT 2500 PSI FOR 4" SIDEWALKS. IT SHOULD
 BE 3000 PSI.
  
 6. ON THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH DETAIL, ADD ELEVATIONS
 FOR THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE TRENCH. THE GRAVEL LAYER
 SHOULD BE SHOWN AS 6" MAX OR JUST 6" INSTEAD OF 6" MIN.
  
 7. C.B. #2 SHOULD BE AN "E" INLET IN ORDER TO FIT TWO
 PRB'S ON ADJACENT SIDES.
  
 DRAINAGE CALCS:
 1. PROVIDE SITE SPECIFIC EXFILTRATION TEST RESULTS.
