 AFTER A REVIEWING THE REVISED PLANS DATED 1/24/2017
 FOLLOWING ARE GENERAL AND UTILITY RELATED COMMENTS:
  
 1. REVISED THE ?AUTO-CALC CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE? HAS
 NOT BEEN RECEIVED WITH THE REVISED PLANS;
 5. INCLUDE IN ALL DETAIL SHEETS CITY?S LATEST VERSION
 OF THE STANDARD DETAILS (2016) IN THE PLANS. CAD FILES
 FOR ALL CITY DETAILS HAVE BEEN EMAILED ON 1/24/2017;
  
 FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FROM COTY?S STORMWATER ENGINEER
 AND RELATED TO DRAINAGE:
  
 1. MINIMUM GRATE ELEVATION (PARKING LOT) FOR
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH SHOULD BE 12.0;
 2. H2 IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH CALCULATION SHOULD BE
 12.0? MINUS THE TRENCH BOTTOM ELEVATION. REVISE THE
 CALCULATIONS;
 3. EXPLAIN HOW THE RUNOFF IS CONTROLLED FOR
 25-YEAR/3-DAY STORM. CALCULATIONS SHOW PEAK STAGE 15.17
 NGVD (PAGE 11). PERIMETER GRADE IS 13.24 OFF PARKER
 AVE.;
 4. THIS IS A CRITICAL FACILITY (FIRE STATION), HENCE
 PROVIDE THE 500-YEAR FLOOD STAGE ELEVATION;
 5. INSTEAD OF REDUCING RAINFALL BY THE EQUIVALENT
 TREATMENT STORAGE DEPTH, KEEP RAINFALL AT 12.8 INCH AND
 15 INCH. AND ADD THE TREATMENT STORAGE TO THE
 STAGE-STORAGE TABLE;
 6. DOES THE PROPOSED GRADING MEET THE C-51 BASIN
 COMPENSATORY STORAGE?
 7. DOUBLE STRIPING ON STREET PARALLEL PARKING DOES NOT
