 1. PLEASE IDENTIFY OUTFALL PIPE DIAMETER LOCATED ON
 LAKE L-1 NEAR WHITEHALL (OUR GIS SHOWS 15? RCP).

  SHEET 7 COMMENTS:
 1. LIFT STATION PAD AND DRIVEWAY EXCEED THE EASEMENT
 ALLOCATED ON PLAT. PLEASE INCLUDE THE EASEMENT TO
 INCORPORATE THE PROPER DIMENSIONS.
 2. 8? DIAMETER WM AND 4? FM THAT GOES UNDER WALL AND
 BERM, A 50 L.F. DUCTILE IRON SLEEVE WILL BE REQUIRED

 DIAMETER SHALL BE C900-DR18. PIPE LARGER THAN 12 INCHES
 IN DIAMETER SHALL BE C905 OR C909 AND BE DR 25.
 9. ADD ADDITIONAL RW GATE VALVE AT THE WATER MAIN AT
 INTERSECTION OF SAND PALM WAY AND SEA PALM DRIVE FOR
 TWO WAY FLOW OPERATION.
 10. PROPOSED SEWERS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE THE SEWER
 ELEVATION AS SHALLOW AS THE DESIGN PARAMETERS
 PERIMETER. SEWER SLOPE COULD BE KEPT AT .40 PERCENT.
 SHALLOWEST MANHOLES COULD BEGIN TO BE 4? DEEP. CURRENT
 DESIGN HAS SEWERS OVER 12? DEEP WHICH WOULD BE
 DIFFICULT FOR THE CITY OF WPB TO MAINTAIN.
 11. SEWER MAIN IN THE SAME VICINITY MUST BE ADDRESSED.
 MANHOLE WILL BE REQUIRED TO CAP SEWER JUST INSIDE YOUR
 PROPERTY LINE. 15? UTILITY EASEMENTS MUST BE PROVIDED
 ACCORDINGLY.
 12. WATER SERVICES OR EXTENSION FOR FUTURE RESIDENTIAL
 AND OR COMMERCIAL SERVED OFF SEA PALM DRIVE MUST BE IN
 PRIOR TO FINAL LIFT OF PAVEMENT. (SHEET 8)
 13. LIGHTING PLAN MUST BE APPROVED BY PLANNING AND
 ZONING AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED THRU CONSTRUCTION

 1. NOTE: APPLICANT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT PRIOR TO
 COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF PRIVATE UTILITIES ON
 THIS SITE, A SEPARATE PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT. (THIS WOULD INCLUDE
 PAVING PERMIT, PLUMBING PERMITS FOR RESIDENCES AND IF

 20. PALM BEACH COUNTY ROADWAY PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
 IMPROVEMENTS TO CONGRESS AVENUE. APPROVED PLANS MUST BE
 PROVIDED PRIOR TO DEVELOPMENT PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED.
 21. ANY AND ALL CITY BRICK MANHOLES SHALL BE REPLACED
 WITH PRE-CAST CONCRETE SPEC MANHOLE.
 22. ANY DISTURBANCE BROUGHT UPON EXISTING
 INFRASTRUCTURE SUCH AS WATER, SEWER AND STORM DUE TO
 ROW WORK IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO
 REPLACE TO EQUAL OR BETTER CONDITION.
 23. SUPPLY AS-BUILTS OF ALL INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE ROW
 UPON COMPLETION.
  
 SUPPLY TWO COPIES OF DEP FORMS TO ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT OF THE PALM BEACH HEALTH DEPARTMENT FORMS.
 FORMS MUST SUPPLY UTILITY CAPACITY DEMANDS FOR PHASE
 BEING PERMITTED. ESTIMATES FOR FUTURE PHASE WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO KEEP ON FILE.
  
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ANOTHER 30 DAY REVIEW SHOULD IT
 BECOME NECESSARY.
  
 PRIOR TO SCHEDULING THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING,
 PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING. THE CITY MAY TAKE UP TO 10
 DAYS TO REVIEW AND ACCEPT THE SUBMITTAL(S).
 SUBMIT RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTORATION BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF
 110% OF THE ESTIMATE COST OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE WORK

  THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH

 UPON APPROVAL.
