 #10 SEWER MANHOLES ARE PRIVATE AS THEY SERVE THE HOTEL
 PROPERTY, THERE IS AN EASEMENT THAT IS PRIVATE, PLEASE
 CONFIRM OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS AS YOUR PLANS SHOW
 MIDIFYING SOME OF THE STRUCTURES. IF MANHOLES ARE
 MODIFIED THE CITY WOULD SUGGEST REHABILITATING THE
 LININGS SO THAT INFILTRATION OF WATER IS KEPT TO A
 MINIMUM. ALSO THE LIDS SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR PROPER
 SEAL AS TO KEEP RAIN WATER FROM ENTERING SEWER SYSTEM.
  
 #11 LANDSCAPING ALONG THE 10' UTILITY EASEMENT WILL
 HAVE TO CLEAR ANY UTILITIES IN PLACE INCLUDING CITY OF
 WPB IRRIGATION. ANY WORK ON EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE WILL
 REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO OBTAIN A ROW PERMIT. SAME FOR
 CONGRESS AVE WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY ROW.
  
 #12 PROVIDE TRAFFIC DOCUMENTATION ON INTERSECTION OF
 EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE AND LAMBERTON DRIVE,
  
 PLEASE SEE STORMWATER COMMENTS:
 1. REFERENCED FEMA FIRM PANEL AND FLOOD ZONE NOTED ON
 SHEET C300 AND OTHERS (AND IN DRAINAGE CALCS.) IS
 INCORRECT.
 2. THE EXISTING CONDITIONS PLAN SHOWS WHAT APPEARS TO
 BE A 32' WIDE EASEMENT OVER THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
 IF THIS IS AN EASEMENT, PLEASE HAVE THE DEVELOPER
 PROVIDE A COPY OF THE EASEMENT DOCUMENT(S) TO SEE
 WHO/WHAT THE EASEMENT IS FOR AND IF THERE ARE ANY
 RESTRICTIONS. BUILDINGS 12 AND 17 ENCROACH INTO THE
 "EASEMENT".
 3. SHEET C301 - HOW DOES RETENTION AREA SOUTH OF
 BUILDING 9 DRAIN? WHAT AREA(S) DRAIN TO THIS RETENTION
 AREA?
 4. IRRIGATION SHEETS NOT LABELED OR NUMBERED.
 5. LANDSCAPE PLANS MISSING A PLANT SCHEDULE.
 6. MANY PROPOSED TREES PROPOSED NEAR OR ON TOP OF
 WATER/SEWER/STORM PIPES. I'VE HIGHLIGHTED MOST OF THE
 CONFLICTS WITH THESE UTILITY LINES ON SHEET L1.10.
 7. NO TREES OR WALLS ARE TO BE PLACED WITHIN THE 10'
 UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE.
 8. WALL AT NE CORNER OF BUILDING 6 MAY BE IN CONFLICT
 WITH DCDA AND/OR BACKFLOW PREVENTER.
 9. CONSIDER DIRECTIONAL ARROWS AT OUTBOUND TURN LANES
 OF LAMBERTON DRIVE.
 10. ICPR MODEL DIFFICULT TO REVIEW. MODEL SCHEMATIC
 (WITH NODES/LINKS LABELED) ON TOP OF THE SITE PLAN
 WOULD BE HELPFUL.
 11. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS - PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR A/D
 SOILS USED IN CURVE NUMBER CALCULATION.
 12. ENGINEER TO PROVIDE COPY OF EXISTING SFWMD ERP
 PEMIT(S).
