 1. SUMMARY COVER LETTER
 THIS LETTER INDICATED THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM WAS MODELED
 WITH THE SOUTHERN BUILDING EXPANSION IN PLACE BUT THESE
 MODEL RESULTS WERE NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 2. LETTER FROM FDEP INDICATING PROJECT IS COVERED BY
 THE GENERIC PERMIT FOR STORMWATER DISCHARGES FROM LARGE
 AND SMALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES (A.K.A. NPDES
 CONSTRUCTION GENERAL PERMIT [CGP])
  
 3. DRAWING SHEET C-5 EROSION CONTROL PLAN / SWPPP.
 THE CGP INCLUDES A SECTION ON WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD
 BE INCLUDED IN THE SWPPP IN ADDITION TO THE EROSION
 CONTROL PLAN. I COULD NOT LOCATE THIS OTHER
 INFORMATION.
  
 4. REVISED CWPB STANDARD APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT
 PERMIT
 THE LOT NUMBER FOR THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION WAS REVISED
 AND THE SECOND PAGE WAS INITIALED.
 5. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS (DATED DECEMBER 19, 2012) AND
 NODAL DIAGRAM
 THE 5-YEAR 1-DAY, 10-YEAR 1-DAY AND 25-YEAR 3-DAY
 DESIGN STORMS WERE MODELED USING ICPR (INTERCONNECTED
 CHANNEL AND POND ROUTING) FOR THE SITE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING ASSUMPTIONS:
  
 A. AREA NORTH OF EXISTING BUILDING IS UNDEVELOPED
 (PERVIOUS). THE BUILDING WILL BE EXPANDED INTO THIS
 AREA IN A FUTURE CONSTRUCTION PHASE;
  
 B. AREA SOUTH OF EXISTING BUILDING IS UNDEVELOPED
 (PERVIOUS). THIS PHASE OF THE PROJECT IS TO REPLACE THE
 SWALE CONVEYANCE IN THIS AREA WITH DRAINAGE PIPE AND
 CATCH BASINS TO ROUTE THE STORM WATER RUNOFF AROUND THE
 FUTURE BUILDING EXPANSION INTO THIS AREA.
  
 THE CITY?S LEVEL OF SERVICE CRITERIA FOR THE DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM PER CITY CODE IS THE 3-YEAR 1-HOUR STORM.
 ALTHOUGH THIS STORM WAS NOT MODELED, THE HIGHEST PEAK
 STAGE FROM THE 5-YEAR 1-DAY ICPR MODEL RESULTS IS 18.48
 FEET NGVD, WHICH IS ACCEPTABLE.
  
 WHEN THE CONCEPTUAL PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR THIS
 DEVELOPMENT, SFWMD USED THE 10-YEAR 1-DAY PEAK STAGE OF
 18.69 FEET NGVD TO ESTABLISH THE MINIMUM PAVEMENT
 CENTERLINE GRADE. IT APPEARS THE GRATE ELEVATION OF THE
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURES WERE SET AT ELEVATION 18.70 FEET
 NGVD, IMPLYING TO ME THAT THERE WOULD BE NO PAVEMENT
 FLOODING FOR THE 10-YEAR 1-DAY STORM EVENT. THE RESULTS
 FROM THE MODEL RUN WITH ASSUMPTIONS A. AND B. ABOVE
 SHOW THE 10-YEAR 1-DAY PEAK STAGE EXCEEDING 18.70 FEET
 NGVD FOR FOUR (4) STRUCTURES, ALL PART OF THE DRAINAGE
 PIPE SYSTEM CURRENTLY BEING PERMITTED. THE HIGHEST
 10-YEAR PEAK STAGE IS 18.85 FOR TWO OF THE STRUCTURES -
 THE STRUCTURE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE FUTURE
 SOUTHERN BUILDING EXPANSION (NODE C8-9) AND AT THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE EXISTING BUILDING (NODE C4). WHEN THE SOUTH
 AREA IS PAVED FOR THE FUTURE BUILDING EXPANSION, IT IS
 LIKELY THE 10-YEAR PEAK STAGE WILL BE EVEN HIGHER IF NO
 CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
