 RESTORED TO GRASS MEDIAN AND PROPER CURB.
 SHOW LOCATIONS. CITY STANDARD APRON DETAILS, SIDEWALK,
 CURB MUST BE INCLUDED IN PLANS, SEE LINK BELOW.
 AN OFFSITE PLAN MAY BE REQUIRED SHOWING EXTENTS OF
 PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT DUE TO ALL CITY CONNECTIONS AND
 DRIVEWAY REMOVALS.

 THE SIDEWALK TO THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT IS NEARLY 1'.
 3. IS IT THE INTENT OF THE EOR FOR THE 10' GRASS STRIP
 DEPICTED ON SECTION A-A TO HOLD WATER ( BOTTOM
 ELEVATION = 14.75; GRATE ELEVATION = 15.50)?
 4. THE PRB DETAIL SHOULD SHOW THE BAFFLE CLOSED ON TOP
 AND OPEN ON THE BOTTOM.
 5. SHOW VERTICAL CLEARANCES WHERE THE WATER MAINS CROSS
 THE STORM SEWER SYSTEM.
 6. WATER QUALITY CALCULATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE A SAFETY
 FACTOR OF 2 FOR EXFILTRATION TRENCHES.
 7. EXFILTRATION TEST RESULTS ARE NEEDED WITH THE WATER
 QUALITY CALCULATIONS.
