 THANKS FOR DROPPING OF THE PROPOSED ENGINEERING/UTILITY
 REVISIONS FOR THE MODIFIED TENNIS COMPLEX. AFTER
 REVIEWING THE PLANS, THEY DO NOT MATCH THAT WHICH WAS
 SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (PD) IN
 OUR OFFICE. THE SIDEWALK CONFIGURATIONS ARE DIFFERENT,
 YOUR PLANS SHOWS ADDITIONAL BLEACHERS AND BUILDINGS,
 AND THE COURTS AT THE FAR SOUTH END DO NOT MATCH THAT
 WHICH WAS REVIEWED FOR THE PD.
 WE NEED TO ENSURE THAT THE PLANS SUBMITTED TO YOUR
 OFFICE MATCH THAT WHICH WAS REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 THROUGH THE PD....ANY MODIFICATIONS REQUIRE AN
 AMENDMENT WHICH WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO PLANNING &
 ZONING.

 COMMENTS, RESPOND IN WRITING ACKNOWLING ITEMS.
  
 #3 PLANS SHOW ELEMENTS OF WATER AND SEWER THAT WILL
 HAVE TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED THRU A PLUMBING
 PERMIT.
  
 #4 DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO CITY OF WPB WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 #5 EOR MUST PROVIDE LETTER REQUESTING METER SERVICES
 AND ADDRESSES SO THAT A UTILITY ACCOUNT CAN BE SETUP.
  
 #6 PROVIDE AS-BUILTS FOR THE SUBJECT TENNIS AREA.
 CONVEYANCE PACKET IS AVAILABLE FOR ELEMENTS THAT WILL
 BE OWNED BY THE CITY.
