 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CITY STRIPING DETAIL. DOUBLE
 STRIPING IS REQUIRED.
  
 2. PLEASE INCLUDE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WITH THIS
 SUBMITTAL. WE CANNOT CHECK FOR CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 PROPOSED UTILITIES AND LANDSCAPING WITHOUT HAVING THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THERE APPEARS TO BE CONFLICTS. THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL SHOW ALL UTILITIES, EASEMENTS,
 OVERHEAD LINES, STREET LIGHTS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT
 MAY INTERFERE WITH THE LANDSCAPING, TO AVOID SUCH
 CONFLICTS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (A), A LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2 1/2 FEET AT ITS END SO
 AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE NEWLY CREATED ISLANDS
 IN THE PARKING AREA CLOSEST TO WINDSOR AVENUE ARE
 SQUARE AT THEIR ENDS.
