 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT THAT
 APPROVED THE EXISTING LA PLAYA BAR LISTED THE POOL BAR
 AREA AT 594 SF. THIS INCLUDES MORE AREA THEN JUST WHAT
 IS SHOWN UNDER THE ROOF IN THE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE
 MINOR PD AMENDMENT. THE APPROVED LA PLAYA BAR AREA HAS
 BEEN SENT TO GOPAL RAJEGOWDA UNDER SEPARATE COVER.
  
 2) YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE TOTAL AREA OF THE
 EXPANDED LA PLAYA BAR, BASED ON THE DRAWING INCLUDED AS
 PART OF COMMENT #1 SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY IF THE
 CITYPLACE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT TABLE NEEDS TO
 BE UPDATED. IF THE 594 SF AREA STATED IN THE PREVIOUS
 APPROVAL REMAINS THE SAME, WITH ONLY A ROOF BEING ADDED
 OVER PREVIOUSLY INCLUDED SQUARE FOOTAGE, THEN THE TABLE
 WILL NOT NEED TO BE UPDATED. NOTE: THERE IS CAPACITY IN
 THE RETAIL USE CATEGORY IF THE LA PLAYA BAR IS
 EXPANDED.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT DEPENDING ON THE RESPONSES TO THE
 BUILDING PERMIT COMMENTS, THIS MINOR AMENDMENT MAY NEED
 TO EXPAND IN SCOPE.
