2023-06-01 19:24:08THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY CODE IS
 NGVD1929. THE NAVD1988 VERTICAL DATUM MAY BE USED IF
 THE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929
 IS PROVIDED. LIST THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929
 ON THE SURVEY. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM REFERENCE AND
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 ON EVERY DRAWING WITH
 ELEVATION INFORMATION.
  
 2. PROVIDE SPOT GRADES ALONG THE BACK OF SIDEWALK ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH FLAGLER DRIVE.
  
 3. SITE IS WITHIN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA. CITY
 BUILDING CODE REQUIRES MINIMUM OF 2 FEET OF FREEBOARD
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION FOR HABITABLE STRUCTURES
 AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
  
 4. DOCK IS LOCATED ALONG AN AREA WITHOUT A SEAWALL.
 SHOULD A SEA WALL BE REQUIRED, THE CITY SHALL NOT BE
 REQUIRED TO ADJUST THE DOCK TO THE TOP OF THE SEAWALL
 OR PROVIDE ACCESS (CUTOUT) THROUGH THE SEAWALL TO THE
 DOCK.
  
 5. REVISE THE SHEET LOCATION FOR THE SUB FRAMING DETAIL
 NOTE ON SHEET 3.
  
 6. TWO SHEETS ARE NUMBERED 5.
  
 7. PERMITS FROM FDEP, THE USCOE AND OTHER AGENCIES MAY
 BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION.
