2023-07-13 07:44:27THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT INDICATED BOTH EXISTING
 BOAT LIFTS WOULD BE RELOCATED TO DEEPER WATERS. THE
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS SHOW ONLY THE LARGER BOAT LIFT
 BEING RELOCATED TO THE DOCK EXTENSION AND THE SMALLER
 BOAT EXTENSION REMAINING IN ITS CURRENT LOCATION.
 PLEASE EXPLAIN THE DISCREPANCY.
  
 2. THE ACOE PERMIT THAT WAS SUBMITTED HAS A TIME LIMIT
 FOR COMPLETING THE AUTHORIZED WORK BY MARCH 27, 2023.
 SUBMIT A VALID ACOE PERMIT PRIOR TO START OF
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. THE PLANS ATTACHED TO THE ACOE PERMIT SHOW THE DOCK
 EXTENSION CONTINUING IN-LINE WITH THE EXISTING DOCK.
 THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS SHOW THE DOCK EXTENSION BEING
 OFFSET TO THE NORTH FROM THE EXISTING DOCK. MODIFY THE
 ACOE PERMIT TO INCLUDE THE CURRENT DOCK EXTENSION
 LAYOUT AND BOAT LIFT LOCATIONS.

2022-10-20 11:23:15THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE RELATED TO STAFF'S
 SUFFICIENCY REVIEW OF THE APPLICATION. THE APPLICATION
 HAS BEEN DEEMED INSUFFICIENT. ALL COMMMENTS BELOW MUST
 BE ADDRESSED FOR STAFF TO COMMENCE THE FORMAL REVIEW OF
 THE APPLICATION:
  
 1.) SITE PLAN MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE PROJECTION LINES
 SHOWING THE PROPERTY DIVIDED INTO THIRDS AS EXTENDED
 INTO THE WATERWAY. ALL COMPONENTS, INCLUDING THE DOCK
 AND ALL MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES (I.E. BOATLIFTS,
 PILINGS, ETC.) SHALL BE LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD
 OF THE LOT AS EXTENDED INTO THE WATERWAY. THE SITE PLAN
 MUST EXTRACT THIS INFORMATION FROM THE SIGNED AND
 SEALED SURVEY AND SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED
 DOCK AND ASSOCIATED MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES WITHIN
 THE MIDDLE THIRD.
  
 2.) AS NOTED IN THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT, THE
 APPLICANT IS ONLY SEEKING ONE WAIVER (LENGTH OF THE
 DOCK) IN THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION;
 HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN MUST DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) TO
 VERIFY THAT ADDITIONAL WAIVERS ARE NOT NECESSARY. THE
 LOCATION OF THE BOATLIFTS ARE QUESTIONABLE AT THIS
 TIME.
  
 3.) IS THERE A COMPREHENSIVE SEA GRASS STUDY AND DEPTH
 ANALYSIS TO SUPPORT THE WAIVER REQUEST FOR THE
 EXTENSION? THE SEAGRASS AND DEPTH ARE NOTED IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT AS THE REASONS FOR THE CLASS A.
  
 4.) COMPLETE ENGINEERING PLANS ARE REQUIRED (NOT
 EXCERPTS).
  
 5.) PROVIDE SUPPORT LETTERS FROM THE ADJACENT NEIGHBORS
 TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH. SUPPORT FROM THE IMMEDIATE
 NEIGHBORS INDICATING THAT THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE
 PROPOSED DOCK IS CRITICAL AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS A
 PART OF THE APPLICATION SUBMISSION.
  
 6.) RESPONSES TO THE WAIVER STANDARDS ARE NOT PROVIDED
