 A MAJOR DSI AMENDMENT
  
 - PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 OUTDOOR STORAGE - THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 156 SQ FT WALK
 IN FREEZER. PER CITY CODE, OUTDOOR STORAGE OF GOODS,
 MERCHANDISE AND MATERIALS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS
 ENCLOSED ON ALL SIDES BY A WALL OF ADEQUATE HEIGHT
 CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD OR
 STEEL.
  
 SMALL CAR SPACES ? THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THAT THE PARKING
 SPACES TO THE SOUTH OF THE PLAZA WILL BE DESIGNATED AS
 SMALL CAR SPACES, PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL NUMBER SMALL
 CAR SPACES ON THE LOT AND ENSURE THEY MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS BELOW.
 PER CITY CODE IF THE TOTAL PARKING REQUIREMENT IS MORE
 THAN 100 SPACES, 30 PERCENT OF THE SPACES MAY BE
 DESIGNATED FOR SMALL CAR USE.
 PER CITY CODE, ALL SMALL CAR PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 MARKED WITH INDIVIDUAL SIGNS STATING "SMALL CARS ONLY."
 SMALL CAR PARKING SPACES SHALL HAVE DOUBLE STRIPING ON
 EACH SIDE OF THE SPACE.
 PER CITY CODE, SMALL CAR SPACES, TO THE EXTENT
 FEASIBLE, SHALL BE CONCENTRATED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS
 WITHIN A PARKING STRUCTURE OR LOT. SMALL AND STANDARD
 CAR SPACES SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY THROUGHOUT A
 PARKING STRUCTURE OR LOT, AND THE CITY ENGINEER SHALL
 REVIEW THE DESIGN OF ALL PROPOSED PARKING FACILITIES TO
 ENSURE THAT THE INTENT OF THIS SECTION IS SATISFIED.
  
 DISABLED SPACES ? THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THAT ONE DISABLED
 SPACE IS PROVIDED FOR THE NEW PROJECT, HOWEVER THE
 SPACE PROVIDED IS NOT LONG ENOUGH. PER CITY CODE,
 DIAGONAL OR PERPENDICULAR HANDICAP PARKING SPACES SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF 12 FEET WIDE AND 18 FEET LONG.
  
 DRIVE THROUGH LANE SIGNAGE ? STAFF IS CONCERNED THAT
 THERE MAY BE SIGNIFICANT CONFUSION REGARDING THE
 ENTRANCE TO THE DRIVE THROUGH LANES. PLEASE ELABORATE
 HOW YOU INTEND TO GUIDE TRAFFIC INTO THE DRIVE THROUGH
 LANES.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE
 (3) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG/.PDF
 FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS/REVIEW
 COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC
 MEETING/COMMENT ISSUANCE (BY 08/08/22), THE PLANNING
 DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE CASE IS
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE
 A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
